Nothing it was super easy in and out no issues at all.
John DavisI wanted to pay with a different card. And when I dropped it off no one was there to receive it. Said they where closed but Google said they where open. And told me call corporate to fix then they said for the store to handle it. Or the manger handle it. Needles to say wasn't handled and didn't get to switch the card I used.

David DameronThe truck had a lot of miles and no shocks. Also, the gas cap was on so tight that I had to get help removing it.
Melody SebastianThe lady inside didn't bother to inspect anything. We were basically pushed out. She didn't want to return truck with us there I guess. But it was returned by the time we got home. I left hoping she wouldn't try to ding us for anything and she didn't but I still would prefer to over the return instead of assuming it'll be ok.

Daryl Johnsonwater was leaking into cab between headliner and windshield when it was raining, getting water on driver and steering wheel reported issue to pick up location, unless Uhaul is willing to cover doctor fees for someone getting sick, truck 5082 should be taken out of service until issue is properly fixed.
OSCAR VARELA-CEJAThe gentleman working asked me to check to fuel on the truck but when I came back inside he told me he didn't need it and took the keys. He wasn't very welcoming at all.

Kevin KruegerThe young lady with long dark hair was courteous and kind. She was nice and informative on phone and in person. I had an issue with movers and had to keep truck an extra day. She didn't give be a hard time or rude like a uhaul rep the last time. So I appreciate the nice interaction.

Tekle DuloTry the air conditioner/heater before you depart. Our A/C didn't work and didn't realize it until the 26' truck was packed and on the road. Check engine light turned on 20 miles into our 950 mile trip.

Sarah WiddowsonGuaranteeing a reservation and honoring it would be a good start. I reserved a 10' truck at a location closer to my home and my new destination but I had to drive in the opposite direction to a further location to puck up muly rental truck. The new location also didn't have the equipment I rented which was a floor dolley so I was charged extra for a different piece of equipment complicating my move.
Marco ValdezIt was a little hard to communicate with the UHaul guy (the younger one), He was helpful but not very engaging. The U-Haul truck situation was ok. I also had good support securing a storage unit at this location. The text coupon offering 1-month of free storage was a poor attempt. A number of places I checked could not/would not honor it because they arent a direct u-haul store.
Brian HozaThe truck leaked over the front "mom's attic ". All of the boxes on the shelf were wet. The wipers were unsafe! I had to replace them myself. The truck had over 150000 miles on it and could barley get out of its own way. The steering was so loose that driving in crosswind was very challenging . That truck needs to be retired or serviced. Very frustrating!

Izan EscobarMy check-out link wouldn't work for 30 minutes. Signage was somewhat clear on dropping the truck off. I had no idea what to do because nothing was explained to me at the pickup location. I'm not sure I'd ever use Uhaul again.

Gary BlackmonBe able to apple military discounts. U-Haul says on the site they provide military discounts, but was told they could not provide it, because the place was not actually a "U-HAUL" space. I think the discount should have been honored.

Matt HunterI was unable to use the app to return the truck after regular hours the app was unable to identify if we were at the correct location there was a dropbox I found out the subsequent day but it wasn’t where the rest of the U-Haul stuff was located the personnel were helpful the next day I’ve been able to use the app to return the truck was difficult would also be helpful to somehow note somewhere where the dropbox for keys were
Todd DevineFirst off the truck I reserved was a 20 foot but I had to go with a van because the truck wasn't returned and that's all they had. Made many more trips necessary and my work more time consuming and more e pensive because of mileage and gas burned. Then I returned the truck on time but received 3 phone calls from uhaul and the renting location asking why I had not returned the truck on time? I asked for furniture moving dollys and the location did not have them. This entire expierncce has been a sad disappointment! My takeaway is to never use a small independent location that does not have an inventory on hand in case equipment is not returned or possibly maintenance issues. A simple reduction in mileage charges was not adequate compensation for the lack of properly requested equipment.
Frederick WrightThe gentleman at this location was low energy and quite unhelpful. He spoke so softly that I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I did not hear him correctly when quoting me for extra insurance and I was billed $70 more and would have not added it had he been audible. He sent me to another location when the break lights and a left turn signal were not working on the trailer. I thought it was weird but he told me it was close and they would be able to fix it. When I arrived at the second location, they told me he never should have done that and it is unsafe. They tested my lights and said they worked, but the trailer was not working. They found another location and sent me there. I arrived at the 3rd location and they tested and said my lights worked again. The left blinker would still not work on the trailer, but the brake lights did then. I had to go to a 4th location to find out a piece of my electrical was not working and replace it for another $65 to be able to use the trailer at all. This took over 4 hours to get a trailer, an extra $130 more than I was quoted, I stopped at 4 stores, and it was dangerous. I understand the electric issue was not your fault, and 3/4 stores did their best to help me. The first store, however, should never have sent me on my way with lights not working and the manager of the 2nd store made sure to let me know it was not okay as he helped me. This was my first experience with uhaul. I would like someone to contact me and let me know how your company would like to make this right. I was told by the manager I would receive a refund, as a customer should never be sent without brake lights and I was in tears from the stress and time it was taking to figure out.

rebbeca mooreThis location was clean but there was no lockbox to drop off keys. We looked everywhere and it must have either been stolen or blown away or removed entirely. There is no Dropbox there so we had to wait on hold with customer support for 15 to get told to finally leave the keys in the truck.
Marsel ShamgunovThe folks at this location were very helpful. However, they were my 2nd stop as the U-Haul office at 750 S Buckley Rd did not have a truck ready for pick-up. That's after I called earlier in the day and verified that they were ready for me. When I got there, the truck had not been returned and instead of renting the other 26' truck that was in the lot, I was forced to go to a different location. Whether it was poor customer service on their part or bad company policy, it is unacceptable to force your customers to fix your problems. They could have easily rented me the vehicle in the lot and then drove over to the Murphy Creek location to ensure they had the vehicles they needed. Instead it was placed on me, the customer, to go out of my way to get the vehicle. Bad customer service on U-Haul's part. If / when I need to rent another vehicle, I'll look at one of your competitors. maybe they'll know how to take care of people.
