12miles left of gas. Dirty cabin and compartment. I had to do someone's job at the beginning of the rental. Last rental I had to put air on a tire right at the beginning of the rental. I have to stop using you guys.
SONIA GFor starters I picked up the 10' on Sunday morning at or before 9AM. Before I made it to my house I was pulled over by Harris county police saying that the U-Haul I paid to rent was reported abandoned/stolen. I reported this major inconvenience to U-Haul customer service and communicated with representative through "U-Haul " chat and was told that he requested a refund for this " major inconvenience"!!!!!! I expect U-Haul to honor that because it was your responsibility to provide a U-Haul for me to use. I kindly appreciate this call for further questioning thank you! 936-285-6872

Melissa SGreat location, the truck wasn't clean and the tire was low. The customer service was excellent.
Kuwana CNobody was available during normal business hours. I reserved a utility dolly, but it wasn't in the truck. I was still charged for it, and I am having to jump through hoops to get that refunded.
John HU-Haul website has a few issues that need to be fixed but other than that, everything went well. Only issue on the site was I couldn't update the pick up location so I had to cancel my reservation and make a new one.
DANIEL DEverything was great the check-in/check/out process was a little long but that's what makes a great company and keeps their equipment well maintained. Same day reservations no hassle I definitely will use them for all services when needed refer a friend got his location

Oscar PI dropped the truck off on Sunday around 4 PM. Tuesday morning I was notified the truck was still checked out. Not acceptable.

EVELYN HI made reservations for a truck and when I went to go pick up the truck, my whole order was wrong. I ordered a dolly and did not receive it and also the truck did not have keys. They gave me keys to two different trucks and the guy that's inside of i storage should be fired, because he had a very bad attitude and very unprofessional and rude. And also it was totally his fault why everything was wrong. He even said it and told me there was nothing he can do about it. I need to contact U-Haul.
Ila SMake sure that the equipment you choose is what you get. Make sure is clean. Make sure the gas tank has one quarter fuel like it supposed to. Make it easy to rent it over the app.
Jaime MAll was good. The attendant at istorage was excellent and very helpful. Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one, since it was our first time renting a uhaul from the storage facility. I would definitely rent again should the need arise.

David WAfter completing the mobile pickup on the app, I went looking where to get the key. There is no after hours key box. Fortunately is was 4:55pm for my 5:00pm pickup. The storage facility closes at 5pm. What would I have done if I were 5 minutes late to pickup my reservation? I went inside to ask where do I get my key and they said they can help me. When I went to return the key on Sunday around 5pm, There was nowhere to return the key. I called Uhaul to let them know that I could not return the key and they noted it. I went on Monday to the Storage facility to return key and told me you have to drip the key through the mailbox slot. That's not a problem if they would have told me tjat or at least put a sign on their door. When I commented that to the IStorage employee, he said Istorage isn't gonna do that.

Takeia AWe were to pick up the truck at 10am however we waited 20 minutes before someone arrived. The building was locked. We called several time and no one answered the phone. We gave her the drop off location and she did not put in in the system. She had to call us to get that information again. She charged us a different price from when we booked the uhaul. We had a paper to show her but she did not honor the price. Poor customer service.
