The front cab interior was dirty when I picked up the van, and the van did not have windshield wiper fluid. Otherwise in good condition.

LATESHA BThe truck ran fine for a several miles then started skipping badly. I was afraid it would leave me stranded on the road therefore It shortened my 24 hour planned use. I returned it back to the location and borrowed a truck from a friend to complete my project. DISAPPOINTED, but understand mechanical failures sometime happen.

DANIEL FThe price you get when you reserve it is way higher than what you pay. It says 19,99 but I paid 80 and had to give 100 dollars for a deposit which was given back. I only went a total of maybe 60 miles for a couple of hours. There advertisements is totally different from what you pay so please be ready to pay more. Besides that everything was okay.

Don KWe reserved a utility dolley, they did have it when we came to pick up the truck. The person at the location overcharged us. We did not ask fir the insurance. She added it without our consent. Our bill was $50 higher than we had been told.
Gail WThere was no brake fluid in the reservoir, nor was there any remnants of ever having brake fluid. The technician had replaced both straps on the trailer for the towed vehicles tires and a breakaway cable that day, yet neglected to check the fluid level. I discovered no fluid after I went through a red light at an intersection because my truck alone couldn't stop in time. This was an extremely dangerous situation and should never have happened.

Debra HThe truck was very poorly maintained. One of the rear tires was very low on air, the noise the truck made while driving was like an airplane taking off, and the cargo hold was a mess. It took about 45 minutes to get the truck with a reservation, the staff was not trained at all and the whole process was a mess.
