Barry W | Expérience généraleI wasn't expecting to have to do an inspection of the vehicle and had left the drop off location and pulled up the email after we left and had to go back and do what I could to answer the questions. No one was at the location to help and I did what I could with it. I had already put the key in the drop box so I couldn't do anything about the gas gauge reading.

David SMy original pick up sight was Winfield Texas. The gentleman was very rude and refused to help me with anything. When I said to him" excuse me but I am not being rude to you please do not be rude to me" , he told me to get out of his store and that he would not rent to me. I have never experienced such rudeness in my precious state of Texas!!!!! He is a poor representative for your UHAUL business. I then called the sweet lady in sulfur springs. She apologized that I had had to deal with that gentleman and said that she had a truck for me to rent. She was very kind and helpful.
