Excellent attentive efficient customer service
The experience was intuitive and good overall. I have only a couple of minor suggestions: 1) This location needs to verify that their phone number listed on Google Maps is still intact. I tried calling it twice during open hours, but it only rang with no one answering. 2) I think the process of the initial inspection of the equipment could use some more clarity. The pictures of the equipment online were too low quality to discern where actual prior damages had occurred (i.e. I could not see the Xs marked in the picture of the vehicle). It might be useful to have, for example, an interactive diagram of the vehicle that shows where the Xs are, and the user can mark the location of previously unidentified Xs. Altogether, though, the experience of making the reservation and picking up the rental was intuitive. I did not use the mobile app so can't comment on it. Thanks for the rental!
The manager was overwhelmed and gave me s truck that had a dirty driver cabin. When I asked if she would clean it she said that she would blow it out. With COVID-19 we should have sanitized the vehicle.

Computers were down during pickup and I did not receive a contract. Also, the cables on the rear door were broken. Upon return, I was charge additional fuel based on an amount shown on a contract I never received even though I placed fuel in the truck back to gauge where it was when I picked it up
Of special concern to us is the fact that shortly after providing our contact information to U-Haul, in regards to our rental, we began receiving unwanted e-mails from various "spam" sites. We cannot be 100% sure our rental from U-Haul was related to this issue. If not, it sure is a coincidence. It would be very much appreciated if you would please remove our contact information from ALL of your customer lists!!!!!!!

Service was very pleasant.Very good Customer Service. The truck didn't drive well,even with the Haul/tow engaged or disengaged. The truck wasn't the usual standard of uhaul

This uHaul location is small, but their attention to customer's needs are top notch. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If I need to rent a truck again, I'm definitely coming back here.

We have had an excellent experience with I75 Business Park and Self Storage, both as renters of storage units and renting UHaul trucks and supplies. Service is always excellent, and Carol makes everything easy to deal with.
This was the dropoff I had originally selected when I made my reservation but uhual decided to change that as well. I still went to this location because the staff is very friendly and understanding. Would recommend renting from them solely based on the staff at this location

Headlight was out, A/C didn't work, got pulled over for headlight and UHAUL did not care.

Honestly I wish I had chosen this location for storage as well. We originally went with Enterprise but it became a hassle. We scrapped that idea and went with uhaul. The woman who checked us out was lovely, I think she runs that location. Everything was simple, and handled efficiently. The whole experience was fantastic!
i reserved a 10' truck and got a larger one which cost me more money in gas. not sure why. also i had to clean the truck cab from previous renter. the windshield has a crack/hole in it which was there when i picked up truck.

Clerk was very nice but the rental arrangement was not as smooth as at a uhaul store. Only 1 truck available...no dollies or boxes available.

Terry at the office desk was professional & courteous.
The customer service was great, but the truck was not well-maintained. It felt like it had trouble switching gears, and it was difficult to drive over 40 miles per hour. It said air was low in one of the tires. Both the problems would affect gas mileage. I was really concerned it would break down in the short amount of time I used it.
Natasha was great on the phone AND in person. A seamless and enjoyable experience.
Better signage and instructions for drop off
Up-to-date POS system that doesn't confuse the employee using it. Should have a chip reader for debit/credit cards.
There were ants in the drivers side.
