The pickup and drop location was great, the staff very competent and friendly. No issues there at all. The vehicle (15' Ford Econoline truck) that I used was relatively clean but the inside of the windshield was not. However a dirty windshield is not necessarily a safety issue. There is a SERIOUS problem with the brakes on this vehicle; when applied there is very hard "shuddering" of the front end, I would think the rotors are warped but I found this to be quite unsafe although the van was able to stop sufficiently. As a professional driver with years of experience I was dismayed to find that the mirrors either don't adjust or are stuck in one position and could not be adjusted. Mirrors are a mandatory piece of equipment that NEED to be used appropriately and especially by those who don't usually drive a larger and closed-back vehicle with no other means to view the rear. Luckily I had short highway trip to make and was able to adapt but I would not drive this vehicle in city traffic without properly adjusted mirrors. I am hoping that regular maintenance and inspections of your vehicles is being done as these things need to be addressed. I did report these issues to the clerk at the drop off location and I am hoping that my concerns are addressed with regards to this vehicle.Jill D.

We successfully booked mobile pick up for 8am. Unfortunately upon arriving to the pick up store at that time, there was no lock box. The store hours on the uhaul booking page said the store opened at 8:30am so we sat in our car and waited. The store did not open until 9:00am. This delay significantly took up our moving time and had our moving team waiting for us for an hour on their cars as well. Once finally open, the store said that they do not open until 9 am and UHaul has it incorrect. They also said that mobile pick up and the use of a lock box is not ever available on this size of rental we selected and should never have been an option given by uhaul when booking. We are very disappointed and rate our experience a zero.Cameron B.

They over charged me for fuel. They claimed the needle was past halfway and it wasn't. It was less then half. I have pictures. I put fuel in the vehicle, and put the needle past where it was when I started. But they still charged me for fuel. Not impressed.Matt W.

Quote over phone was $20 less than price I paid. Tank was not full when picked up. Made it harder to refill when dropping off. Center console and steering wheel sticky. Very great customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth rental experience.Timothy M.
It took 40 minutes to get the truck rented. The supplier didn't seem to know the software and was on the phone the whole time. The truck I rented would not start. I had a battery booster with me which I had to use every time I had to start the vehicle. The supplier didn't seem to care. They also told me there was a dolly in the back if I needed it, but there wasn't any. They wanted me to put the same amount of gas in as when I picked it up. There was a quarter tank, I used an eighth. How much is that? When I brought it back they wouldn't give me any kind of refund and didn't seem to care. I think the vehicle should be checked before renting out again and be serviced as necessary. Also get a full tank and bring it back with a full tank.Reg S.

Im just being shock and curious upon application I need to give my credit card number and cvv number (number in the back if credit card). Why it is? Counter staff were good but only good thing about the experience. Customer service failed to correct my booking like they stated they would. This happened to me and they failed to correct issue and lied to service staff as well. My 24 hr booking turned into 4 hrs with threats to charge me 50 extra if I went beyond. Cost me $80 for a failed move. Had to borrow vehicles from friends to finish.Robert W.
