No one was ever at location I had to call & find what to do with the key.

Tracy SMy rents was not available when I came to pick it up. I had to call in and was told I'd be issued $50 since it was a guaranteed reservation and I have not. No discount on the truck or anything. I also had to get a smaller truck and made more trips because it didn't fit as much.

Solomon TAsked for a 26 for truck for 8:30 am said it was approved but couldn't pick up at the location till after 3pm settled for a 20 at another location go to pick it up and it wouldn't start and all they had was a 10 but offered a discount of 10 dollars. All I can say is wow, what a disappointment when you have a window of people who ate willing to help you move and I needed a truck with a ramp and had to settle for a truck almost a 1/3 of the size I needed and no ramp. Very disappointing and was not able to get the job done

Aline Wexpedite the check-in process - my reservation was for 9a but did get "checked in" until 9:45 while "waiting" for approval. i have rented several times before using the app and i am in good standing not sure why it took so long but this is unacceptable.
Tommy JHorrible! I spent an hour trying to fix the mistakes this location made just to get the truck out, same hassles to return. On top of that the seat was broken and couldn't be adjusted, there were dirty bandaids (who knows what contaminants are on those) and trash all inside the vehicle (trash in side doors, caked on and dried rice?!) The pictures they posted of the truck were NOT updated, and must have been when the truck was brand new because it was filthy inside and out with scratches and dents all over. It was disgusting, time consuming and the location showed their incompetence in filling out paperwork and their lack of care for anyone's safety with the condition of the vehicle.

Damon MTruck was very clean. Associates in the office were very kind and professional. BUT there was an issue with the acceleration pedal on the rental truck. It would stick and stay in acceleration mode. This occurred twice in the 24 hour period that I had the truck. First time while driving down the highway. I released my foot from the accelerator but truck continued to accelerate. I tapped the gas pedal several times and it would begin working normally again. But the second time was while I was backing up (reversing) into my driveway. When I tried to stop the accelerator stuck again and the truck continued going backwards. I had my right foot pushing down on the brake pedal as hard as I could but the truck continued going backwards. The wheels were still turning. I have skid marks in my driveway. I slammed the transmission into park to get the truck to stop moving. The engine was still racing at as though my foot was on the gas pedal but it was not. I turned off the ignition to get the engine to stop racing. I turned the engine back on and it was fine. The truck ran fine after that and I was able to return the truck without any issues. But this is a very dangerous situation when it occurs. I explained this to the associate in the office when I returned the truck and she made a note of the mechanical issue and apologized for what happened. I believe the overall value I received for renting this truck was still very good. Next time, I would make sure I got a different truck.
Daniel LI paid for furniture blankets that were not present in the truck. Also, the check engine light was on the entire trip.
Steven CYou gave me a trailer that was full of rocks that had not been cleaned out from the last customer. You acknowledged this and took a picture of it. When I checked it out on your website I uploaded a picture of the rocks. When I checked it in after dropping it off I marked it as dirty and you wanted to charge me $15 to clean it. When I called back the next day the woman said it had never been checked in which is a lie. She said she would check it out and call me back. She never called back. I am going to refuse to pay this charge with my credit card company until you takie the charges for cleaning and some safe tow charge that I did not ask for off!
Russell PThe employee was nice enough to offer to help me check in 45 min before they were open because I had been stuck they're for ages struggling with the crap online check in process. Uhaul needs to quit lying with their videos and guides about how easy it is, telling customers it will take ten minutes . It took an hour.

Oscar cWe picked up at u haul at 2920/45. WE WERE TOLD WE COULD DROP OFF ANOTHER LOCATION. WHICH WE DID, BUT GOT CHARGED 118,8 WHEN WE ALREADY PAID $184, THIS WAS ON SUNDAY THE 3RD 22, WAS RETURNED THAT SAME DAY SUNDAY THE 3RD ABOUT 5 ISH AT THIS LOCATION, 5000 FM2920, PARKED THE TRUCK DROPPED KEYS IN DOOR SLOT! YET WE WERE CHARGED FOR TWO EXTRA DAYS! I KNOW YOU ALL HAVE CAMERAS. WE ARE DISPUTING THIS!
Stephen RTammy was very help and friendly she was in good spirits and even joked a bit which helped me with moving my daughter from her college dorm, I really didn't want to that but Tammy was in such good spirits it lifted mine and I was ready to move my daughter from her college dorm.

Bonifacio SIt took 20 mins to get the vehicle even though I had checked in online. The rep didn't seem to know how the system worked. When I returned at 2pm there was no one there so I had to complete an out of hours check in. Not impressed
Andrew SCheckin was friendly and efficient. There was a person training another during checkin. The furniture carts were not available, so substituted an appliance dolly. Truck was older, high mileage and weakish battery,but it did the job.
Raymond LOffice was suppose to open at 10:00am was not open when I left at 10:30. Second day office didn't open until 10:10. Agent did'n check truck when I returned it. He stated I will check it later. Got a call the next day because truck was not signed back in. Poor customer service!!! General Manager when I talked to her took care of the problems. Thanks for taking charge!!

Kimberly SMove went well - but y'all need to modernize your trucks. Cruise control would be wonderful to reduce driver fatigue. And a backup camera view would be great too. And some way of implementing toll tag. Penske has all of the above mentioned items.

KETRYN BMake sure that whatever the customer rents is actually in the truck. My truck didn't have a dolly or a utility dolly, both of which were paid for before hand.
Jeremy MI attempted to use the 24/7 option to pick up my truck at 7:30am. Despite multiple attempts, the service didn't work and it appears this location doesn't support it. No one reached out to let me know that I would have to wait until 10am to pick up. No apology was made. Paid movers 2,5 hours to sit around. Truly terrible customer service.

GENE FI want to let you know the young lady that checked me is was amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and was on it. Over all the truck I rented ran well, but was not clean. The steering when was sticky and dirty, food bags, pop cans and water bottles were left in the truck cab. Plus, there was broken glass in the back of the truck as well. I had to clean out before I could use.
