Next time when you put a note on the door saying out on property and a number to call, please answer the phone. It took me an hour to get the truck.

Representative in office was the best gentlemen I ever met. He was attentive, persistent, VERY KIND and understanding. His relaxed attitude serves the community very well. I appreciate  every thing about him.

When I arrived for my uhaul there was a sign on the door saying that the manager was away and would be back soon. We waited 40 minutes for him to unlock the door. This put us behind schedule. The employee was very rude. I was told that the dolly I reserved wasn t at the location because they are not an official uhaul facility. When I expressed my disappointment, he said "it's more important to have a truck than a dolly." He suggested that we go to the location on 45/Richey. We asked for the address. He said "it's like 2 minutes down the road, you can't miss it"….we asked if he'd call that facility to ensure that they had dollys. He said "they do" and wouldn't call. He tossed the truck keys at me and said nothing… I looked at him waiting for direction. He said "that's it.".. I had to ask which truck I was supposed to take. He pointed to it. I was given no further direction and was not walked out to the truck. In the truck there was a half consumed water bottle on the seat, which tells me nothing had been checked/ cleaned after it's last use. I brought the truck back at 8:00, and since I'd been given no direction, I simply locked the truck and assumed I must have to put the keys in the slot on the door that said it was for mail and payments.. after I drove 22 Minutes home I looked at all my texts for the day. Only then did I realize that there was an actual check out process that had been texted to me. I then had to drive 22 mins bs k to the facility to do the check out, which included sharing my location and taking pictures. I couldn't submit half the pics being requested because I'd locked the truck when I returned it. But if I didn't do the check out it said I'd be charged $20 fee. All of this could have been avoided had the employee given even half effort in communicating with me. This whole process was very frustrating, on top of the stress of moving day. 0/10 absolutely do not recommend this location.

There were roaches in the back of the truck. I was charged for a dolly and furniture blankets, that I never received.

Horrible communication between employees i was threaten more than once i was told i didnt bring truck back i was call 5 times n truck had been their...the guy had a robbery that day i return the 2 female's that called both were unprofessional

No one told me if I return the truck after hours I would be charged more money. I would have just kept the dam truck. Then the lady that checked me in was a ass too me. So I had to clean out the truck before I used it. Then it smelled like weed. In the driver sit. But it's ok . I own my own company and it was for business. I will never use you all again and I will nor recommend you too again one. Have a great day

When I walked in the agent, never gave an inviting greeting but just asked if I had checked in online. I told her I had not. She began to type on the computer so unbeknownst to her, I began to see how I could check in to help expedite the service. After a few moments she looked up and asked had I done it yet. Again I said no and then told her I thought that is what she was doing. She then stated with quite an attitude that she would do it. By now I am irritated because I am in the process of a tedious move, she was not very welcoming, inviting nor approachable but had the audacity to have a nasty attitude with me. Everything she said was with an eye roll, side eye or mumbled speaking. I have utilized U-haul MANY times and never have I encountered such ugliness. She definitely put a sour taste in my mouth on behalf of your company

I was unable to use the UHaul self service website to perform vehicle inspection at rental time (website would not finish uploading my photo of the vehicle, I attempted to upload for 45 minutes) and I was unable to use the UHaul self service website to perform vehicle return (website would not accept my photo of mileage and gas tank level, kept asking me to take a photo but it would not recognize that I had taken photos, I kept trying unsuccessfully for over 20 minutes).

Was told incorrectly at the store I could only book thru U-haul.com. Booked thru the website for a 6:30am pickup for a 5 hour rental, but when I arrived there was no key in the box and was told to wait until10am when the store opened. When I came back was told I was late and could only have for 2 hours. After some arguing I was given the truck for 5 hours. U-Haul needs to get its act together.

I made a reservation to rent a truck and the attendant lost the key so after about ten minutes he decided to give me another truck and then overcharged me for the insurance and charged me for $20 for dropping off the key through the slot because nobody was there during business hours. This place is a rip-off location. I'll never rent from there again and I'm on the line now to dispute the extra charges. Very dissapointed  right now. Uhaul should screen these places better. The bad ones make Uhaul seem like crooks.

The van was disgusting. It wrecked of cat hair urine and feces. The manager went to the van with a paper towel and spray bottle. Which did absolutely nothing. She said UHAUL IS A THIRD PARTY AT THE I STORAGE LOCATED AT 1436 CYPRESS CREEK PKWAY IN HOUSTON TEXAS. (DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU ARE A CLEAN PERSON.) THERE WAS NOTHING THE MANAGER COULD DO. She contacted the REGIONAL. MANAGER KEITH. She asked on speaker phone what could be done due to the unsanitary vehicle and my allergies to animal hair..His reply was. JUST REVERSE THE SALE. So instead of offering an apology or credit, he just offered that I cancel my rental. Because I needed to move my belongings, I used the rental. They offered no compensation what so ever. I spent 15.oo on cleaning products and 1 hour of my time cleaning the inside of that repulsive stench, just to function in it without gagging. Uhaul should discount renters in this instance. With the covid restrictions, Uhaul should be fined. There is not even a vacummm cleaner or disinfectant wipes to clean the vehicles at this I STORAGE. UHAUL should not be allowed to rent and advertise at any facility without providing proper cleaning equipment. They are just too damn cheap. This should be reported to the Texas Covid Commission Board Regulation Authorities as well as The BETTER BUSINESS BUREUA for unsanitary practices. U haul should fine the previous renters for the cat hair and feces. I took pics and video footage. You can see all the filth and cat hair. Luckily for those who watch the video wont be able to smell it!!

I rented a truck for 19,99 a day. When I saw my bill they charge me for an extra day. I only had the truck for 4 hours. I will not use this business ever again

Everything was nice. Ms.B was very helpful. Kind and answered any questions I had. I checked in using the mobile app, when I pulled up Ms. B came outside to help me checkout, everything went smoothly!

The truck was fine but the lady in the office is very rude and unprofessional. I called before i was coming to give a heads up and she responded "why you calling then" i don't appreciate the lack of customer service when i was just calling and being courteous and she was rude for no reason and when i checked in i came a few minutes early and she act like she couldn't open the door so i can get the truck a few minutes early.
