Looks can be deceiving. While I would not have chosen this place on my own (my preferred location was switched because of truck availability), the staff was very professional and friendly. I gave them above average for the personnel at this location. He definitely knew what he was doing, and the pick-up was fast and easy.

samuel hDirty, employees, were clearly did not have any command of the English language. Reserved 24 moving blankets, the truck only had 6. Truck had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. Facility at pick up location was dirty, unkempt, unorganized and took me over an hour and 1/2 to get into truck and depart. 30 miles into trip, truck began to chug, spit, and was unable to go over 60mph. Very stressful to be breaking up with someone after knowing them for over 30 years, not having much money, and worrying the entire trip that vehicle would break down.
Leigh EThe Uhaul app allocation algorithm sent me to a distant location. Seems the web allocation favors distributing customers to new or less frequented rental locations than it is in maximizing the customer experience. I am less inclined to use the Uhaul app as it overrode my location selection and not because of equipment availability (I checked)
