Chris Huckabee from Always Above Average Movers who UHaul recommended to me was extremely difficult to get on the phone with and tough to communicate with. Will not use him or his business or any business UHaul recommends to me again as it was an unpleasant experience.

Owner/Operator when spoken to on the phone stated that we would not be charged an extra day if we could get the unit back by 9 PM which we thought was kind to offer as I was having to commute back to work 3 hours away before I could get the UHAUL unloaded. We were told that it was "not a problem" at all. Upon drop off to a mind you dim lit parking lot on a not so good part of time we were Instructed to leave the unit there and lock it with a lock that was left on a light post. No brick and mortar location, no were to go discuss the issue with the owner of the branch nothing. I got a oh sorry you misunderstood. Complete disappointment. Yes its only 60 more dollars but its the principle of this being a SHADY owner/operator. I'm not sure that this is the type of person that you would want operating a UHAUL branch but it was pitiful all around experience. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH UHAL BUT I GUESS WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT RIGHT? If I were you all I would look into this location. I will never use UHAUL again.

This was my first-time using U-Haul. The location was in a plaza furniture store. The furniture store was not open. Although when I placed the reservation in by phone it was stated that the location would be opened by 7 a.m. The store owner pulls up in his vehicle at 8:35 a.m. my reservation was for 8 a.m. The cargo van had a large crack on the passenger side window. The store owner was apologetic for being late. The reservation was for 8:30 - 5:30 p.m. But we returned the vehicle by 2:30 p.m. with a little more than half a tank of gas. When we picked up the vehicle it only had a quarter tank of gas.

The truck was dirty I updated the pictures of the cab and I advised in the note that the back had leaves and dirt in it but I was charged a cleaning fee I am not happy at all I did not want a self check out and return and your web site did not advise me clearly that it had shifted me to a different location this caused an hour delay

Uhaul instructed to leave the key in a drop box, upon return. I was unable to locate one for this location. They were not open for 2 days to confirm receipt of the keys.

Was text this address (3236 DEANS BRIDGE RD AUGUSTA, GA 30906). It was the worse drop off to date (private ownership) & no one was there although the sign said open.

Thank you so much Uhaul customer service rep Ms. Laura who facilitated & responded with a new tire on my car hauler and made sure it was completed in a safe and timely manner! Thank you to Donnie from Colony Tire and Service who was contracted by Uhaul and delivered excellent service! Truly a blessed experience with Uhaul!

All in all everything was good, I am old school and would have rather delt with a person, in person but Johnathan texted me with all of the information, and called. The only problem I had was my phone would not connect so I ended up having to call the general manager and he finished the paperwork

You sent me to the wrong address on the reservation sent. Their staff was rude and didn't care in the least that I had to search around for another vehicle. Luckily Ideal Furniture called to see if I as going to pick up the unit and advised that I was on their list. Horrible. I feel I should be compensated for my time, gas and frustration.
