Your employees in Poulsbo and Kingston locations are super helpful. I got my original help in Poulsbo with Amy and she was great.

Lloyd SThis location was ideal! My only gripe is with UHaul itself. I'd booked and confirmed my rental at a location much closer to home only to be told within 24 hours that the trailer I needed was suddenly unavailable due to maintenance. While extremely friendly and helpful, the rep who informed me of this was unable to get another local trailer, though she really did try, so in the end I could either cancel my rental or go more than 30 miles away to another location. Really disappointing on UHaul's part. Can't sing enough praise for the staff at both locations, however. A long ways away, but great service once I got there.

ROY SThe 10ft truck did not start for about 10 -12 attempts. When it finally did start, I returned home and off loaded. I did not feel that continuing on with my move with this particular truck.

Lloyd SThe only complaint i have is that the inside of the trailer smelled like marijuana and it permeated our items as well. Otherwise it seemed well maintained.
Jeffrey STrailer light wiring was burnt and shorting out causing fuses to blow on truck. Had only 1 working light during my 1800 mile trip due to lack of maintenance on trailer. Trailer was 100 percent the issue my truck works perfectly with all other trailers as it is well maintained.

Jim CThe manager here goes went above and beyond to help us, even when if wasn't his problem. My pre-arranged drop off location did not want to let me drop off there. Instead they wanted me to go 1+hours away and drip off my truck there !! No and no. I called Kingston UHaul and he was able to help get my truck finally checked in without a fee for extra days. (I turned it in exactly on time day it was due).
