Pick up location was a gas station and the guy at the counter had no idea how the trailer worked or how to attach it. I was left to figure it all out which was unprofessional and frankly dangerous

Pick up was scheduled at another location, one that was listed on the UHaul website. When I called to confirm, they reported it was not a pick up location, so UHaul had to change it. This place was really nice.

If UHaul wants you to get your truck/trailer at this IMart, just say NO!!! In fact RUN the other direction immediately!!! These people have NO interest in customer service, the opposite! We showed up there 3 days early just to confirm that all would go well on moving day and they saw us in the system, all good. Then on moving day they had no idea where our truck was! After much delay and an attitude that we were one giant pain, they found us a truck. They tried to charge 150 $more than we were quoted but we had documentation with us so they couldn't. We had ordered a dozen blankets and a furniture dolly but of course, they were not in the truck. What a nightmare! The place in AR where we dropped off the truck was outstanding, extremely helpful & professional, top notch all around.

Missing furniture dolly and 6 pads. Attendant at location showed up 20 minutes late. Wouldn't use again.

I scheduled a 4 hour rental starting at 8 am. Imart opens at 7 am so I thought I would get there at 7:45am to knockout all the paperwork. When I got there, both doors to the store were locked and nobody was there. I call the store multiple times which lead me to a full voicemail. After leaving the location at 8:25am I was on hold with uhaul and there was still nobody at the store. Uhaul eventually got to my call and had their management call the location/person who told them he was there the whole time. When I went back in at 9:15am he argued with me and told me that I was wrong and that he was here the whole time. On top of that I didn't even get a 4 hour rental because he had to have the vehicle back by 12pm.

Business did not realize I there to pick up the the trailer. This was after having my reservations being cancelled at two other closer locations. The business then tells me that they "do not hook the trailers up". I had never hooked that type of trailer up so had no idea if it was right. They offered no assistance. They are a very poor Uhaul. associate.

The electric wires from truck to auto transport carrier were not connected; they were TIED together. We had to wire them together so we would be legal with brake lights and blinkers on the auto transport carrier. The truck cab had dog hair throughout and dirty dog prints on the middle seat. We ended up vacuuming the cab since I am allergic to dog hair.

When I arrived the van was not parked in the location I was directed to by the online check in. Additionally, the keys were not in the lock box for pick up. The front desk attendant was a young man who had nothing to say other than, "ya, here, it's parked out back." The van was not clean when I picked it up. There was dirt and grass in the back. The front had a sticky substance on dash and in the cup holders as well as pet hair from an previous occupant. It was clearly not cleaned between users which is shocking considering the current pandemic. The vehicle is also due for an oil change. When I tried to let the online drop off know the vehicle was not ready for its next user, I was automatically going to be charged a cleaning fee so I was forced to put that the vehicle was fine so I didn't pay for a mess I didn't make. Overall a very poor experience.

The equipment was sub par should be retired. The customer service was lacking for uhaul knowledge and ability. I sent an email to uhaul through your site as I am filing a complaint about the customer service from Uhauls main CS Department. I was treated like crap and the last 3 times I have rented uhaul has been more than disappointing.

This was my worst experience with Uhaul. The so called attendant had no idea what to do or how to do it. He called his boss, who told him apparently to have me disconnect the car hauler. He had no idea of what to do with it. They apparently didn't check it in, in a timely manner, as I was called 3 days later and asked where the unit was. I am a former Uhaul agent from a 30 year dealer. He would of fired me if I ever handled a transaction for him in that fashion.

Don't make pickup process complicated, person that was chatting during my virtual confirmation was very unhelpful. Also, don't try to overcharge, hire helpful honest workers.

The location was in a liquor store that needed a good cleaning. I realize the weather prior to my rental was not conducive to a neat store but the floors were dirty and sticky. When I picked up the truck the store's printer was not functioning so the paperwork was transmitted to my e-mail address. I asked which truck was 'mine' and he essentially said, "Look for the number near the front of the truck." I couldn't find any numbers that matched the key ring so I took the truck that opened with the key. Unfortunately I could not open the paperwork, but that is not your concern. Still paper in the hand would have been better. When I returned the truck the store clerk (not the same one who checked me out) had difficulties calculating the charges. I photographed the odometer at pickup and return and there was 30 miles different. She initially charged me for 60 miles of travel. She gladly made the correction, but the error should not have been made in the first place.

Protective moving pads ordered online were not in the truck. Uhaul location told me to go to a different uhaul location to get them if I wanted them. So much for the uhaul guarantees. Truck was also dirty, had to sweep it before I could use it.

The woman helping us was really rude. She wasn't very transparent. She didn't tell us we had to fill up the tank or tell us where to park it. I will be going to an actual uhaul location next time

I do not want to be negative, but this location should not even be in business. From wrong phone numbers, to not having the items ordered on-line, being sent to another location, and not getting any discount for any of it was very upsetting. I also was not the only customer having a terrible experience. It was several others in person , on a busy weekend. Keep in mind this is only ONE DAY out of the year. Horrible experience. I recommend visiting a location prior to booking, and having the details worked out through a legit UHaul storefront. Best, ---D

Go over to the Highlands Ranch location and learn how to do things right, like cleaning vehicles and treating customers with respect and courtesy. Also figure out how to check in a vehicle without charging the customer 4x's the amount. Otherwise, just quit doing UHaul services at this location, because the whole experience was the worst I have ever had with any business ever.

The attendants gave me a truck with a nail in the rear driverside outside tire. They didn't do any preventative or maintenance checks before sending me on my way. When dropping off the truck after having had to use roadside assistance, the attendants said it was neither theirs nor U-Haul's responsibility to check for flat tires. I was paying a team of movers hourly to help me move and because of the flat, we had to extend the move by an hour costing me more money. Had the attendants been properly trained to do their checks on the trucks, I wouldn't have had to pay the movers for an extra hour. The owner of the station did not take any responsibility.

The store owner/manager at this location was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I did have a problem with the online customer service when I called to extend my rental by 2 hours. I had been given the 10' truck for 19,95 $ per day. I picked it up at 12 noon and said I'd be done by 4pm. It turned out I needed it until 6pm. When I called to say this, they immediately said they charge me for not just one, but 2 full 24 hour periods! And that was that...no bring reasonable. The local store owner changed that for me back to the one 24-hour period (since I only had it 6 hours!)....and I was once again a happy customer!

This location was fine and clean and the uhaul representative was super kind, however I requested my uhaul to be picked up and dropped off at a different location but uhaul changed it on me very last minute. So for me this location was super far away so I had to pay a lot of extra money to pick it up and drop it back off to avoid extra charges.

Worst experience with a moving company ever. Person at store charged us for another person's reservation. Somehow couldn't find ours even though I had a confirmation email for my reservation and then said he got it refunded and charged us for our truck. He didn't actually refund. We have trying to get this fixed but now on top of the incorrect charge on our account we have 200 $on overdraft fees because you can't get it together. We are so unhappy. My husband will be calling today to demand the refund in full for the false charge as well as the fees from our bank for YOUR mistake. It's been almost week and still the refund hasn't been processed right! We will never be using your services again because of this nightmare. For people who love pay check to pay check this is a huge issue.

Already contacted customer service. This man was rude, yelled at me, had zero consideration for my time, as well as additional unauthorized holds to my card because of his errors, and all customer service told me was "I'm so sorry". I had another moving truck booked for next week and I cancelled it because of this experience. It will take some follow up on Uhaul's part before I ever use their services again.

IMart is a gas station and convenience market. Limited truck stock. However my reservation was ready on time, the customer service rep was prompt and the 15' truck operated perfectly.

Our experience didn't start out well. They had us go to a location onBroadway and they didn't have our reservation r any vehicles, I had confirmed the address and asked are you sure they will have a truck I was toldyes for sure. At that point we left and were told we had to wait for a phone call I then called and the gentleman on the phone told me well it was on your reservation wasn't assigned her you told me that about three times I'm like well that what's that have to do with me we were told we had a reservationA at that point then we got a phone call and they said the closest place that would have a truck for us was down on Drycreek which was not very close to where we were so all this took about an hour hour and a half extra so we didn't have all the help that we needed it because they had something to do so it was really it didn't turn out so well in the beginning but the gentleman at the location were great and they got us a truck and everything ended up being OK but I am at the beginning it was not so good thank you

The drop off point was a gas station. The kid at the counter didn't inspect the vehicle and didn't review any of the paperwork I was told to give them upon return. The address for the location is impossible to see and GPS takes you to a completely different part of the lot. No U-Haul signage visible anywhere.
