With a family member at home with bone marrow cancer, during this pandemic, clean rentals are so important when moving items for delicate family members. We have used this rental place before and always had great service. Moving back to the area, we were so happy to see the growth the entire place has underwent. Wish we knew of the virtual mail services before, as we just got a virtual mail box for business. Also, first time renting a cargo van and happy with the condition. Will rebook a cargo van again soon! Thanks

I only give this review because my first reservation location was NOT OPEN and the site mentioned above was uHaul's way to fix their screw up. I won't trust uHaul with my business anytime soon (and they could care less). They wasted my time, destroyed my trust and definitely screwed up anything close to a e-checkin/e-checkout experience. Zero future business from me.

Beware I charged me for insurance after i specifically requested NO insurance on the vehicle. The representative didn't send me a copy of the invoice until the day after i returned my rental. Then said there was nothing they could do. Double check your rental agreement!

To make reservation I gave them my AMX card. Upon return same day they processed my VISA card for charge. Next day found they charged my AMX instead of my VISA. I called to discus the 1st employee (Rosa Gasca) had a very bad attituded and hang up on me. I called again another person name Sade answered with a worst attitude towards customers. The store should have never asked me for another credit card and run a transaction. When I called both women were acting like it was not a big deal to charge me without letting me know which card they were going to charge. I am so besides my self on this issue and I demand an apology. They need to recognized that is totally unprofessional and they attituded is way off the chart. I am going to also dispute these charges with AMX.

I had a problem with the truck. The odometer was not working properly. I used the truck between two locations which are 8-10 minutes away. They charged 100+ miles. They need to inspect the truck but they are not accepting the problem, instead, they treated me as I am lying. If a responsible representative, if there is any, can drive 1-mile they can see the problem, but they prefer not to. Be careful with the mileage if you rent a truck from this location. And, I especially warn you when they offer the truck with an Arizona plate ending with 35.

This was the third time I've gone out of my way to rent a U-Haul from these good people... and I'll go back there if the next move warrants it... My experience has been nothing short of fantastic and if I could remember her name (Old Man Syndrome or CRS syndrome), I would say the young lady who helped me with my paperwork was awesome.

I am renting equipment from this location for the last 5 years and the staff and the owner are awesome! they try to make everything possible to accommodate your needs. 24 hour drop off and open on Sundays is another huge plus! Definitely the best place around!

The tenant never check the unit because was raining and because of that they make me pay fo the gas I never use. If you need money asking for it is not an issue. badly My fuel gauge was at 3/4 of the tank how you spend seven gallons of gas in 5.1 miles check the number are really yours miles Out ( 66509.7) miles in (66514.8) that explains how U-HAUL is taken advantage of a good and honest person. That is way I need use your services again, thanks for the chance to explain my self to you and the extra $29.00 dollars you took today you will need it tomorrow.

The app would not let me take a picture of the gas gauge. I left the tank at the level it was given to me. I have photo proof with date and time. I was on a limited time schedule and did not have the time to run back to the rental office to verify but you guys should know how much gas was actually in the tank at pick up and it definitely was not at the level the app said. So I was charged $22 additional to what I ready paid.

I filled up gas at Shell but there is a problem I think with the gauge because it shows there is missing gas at tank. Therefore, they charged me gas. I drove about 15 miles and filled up 1.5 gallons but there still almost a quarter Missing gas. This is not right.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. Even with the social distancing. Rosa was extremely helpful and she went the extra Mile to ensure that I had everything that I needed. Even through the mask she had a huge smile on her face. She is Amazing at her job. I could go on and on about how she made my experience with uhaul better. My reservation was moved 3 times and she made up for that. Rosa is an Exceptional example of how an employee is suppose to take care of the customer. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and you can teach customer service. Thanks again Rosa.
