Joe CI was charged for 40 miles over… Just drove directly from the pickup location in Portland to Florence. Didn't check the mileage though up in Portland, so I guess it was incorrect. There is 164 miles between Portland and Florence Oregon. They said in Florence that I drove past my 202 allotted miles. This was totally Outrageous!!! :(

Daniel DGreat experience, they had the trailer I needed. I just wish the weekend hours were a little later This is more of a corporate issue for U-Haul rather than a local issue, but I don't appreciate getting charged an extra day for returning my trailer at a reasonable time, but after hours.

Jarl SI enjoyed being able to drop the U-Haul off after hours. However, because of the more rural location, I struggle to use the U-Haul app to return my truck, because of poor cell service. That has never been a problem at this location. My rentals have been checked in with no additional fees or problems.

James MDirty ashtray, not cleaned at all, desperately needs new wiper blades, tire loosing air on rear passenger side, no wiper fluid when we picked up the truck, the trailer had No Brakelights or Blinkers and to top it off the damage thing leaked. My property was water damaged and I am seriously pissed off.

CHRIS HNeeded new wiper blades and there was no wiper fluid. Also, the rachets need replaced or serviced. It took two men to release them. The braking system is Awesome! The rep here was great to work with and solved our flat tire problem with the trailer quickly and painlessly after pick up.
