The facility that houses the truck was not available for patrons to visit.

THOMAS OYes but not to rent from U Haul cause they steal from you with bulk shit excuses on why with no proof!
Elchino BNot only does U haul allow people to steal their identity that have proof of but they allow authorizations to steal money and say you were late when I never have been late on a drop off ever!!!!!
Elchino BThe issue was just with the truck itself after you get going down the road it would shake all over the place kind of hard to handle wasn't happy about that.
Jean HShe didn't have her keys to get in the building to get the dolly and then said she'd put it in the truck… we picked it up the next morning because of the weather conditions and no dolly. Also staff was wearing dirty pajamas and a dirty shirt with holes in it and her stomach was hanging out of the bottom, overall dirty appearance conducting business on her cell phone, she was nice enough though. But it did feel sketchy.

Michael MThe pictures they use are when the vehicle was brand new. The vehicle I received was filthy and damaged. But they only let you upload 1picture to dispute it. Then I was charged three different times for a 1 day rental.
Richard Sthere is no on site help...no way to call the owner....this was a very difficult process...one truck was on empty with no heat....
DEBORAH Gthe place wasnt. user friendly...when we called after two hours of have problems with the lock box....there was no answering machine and no one answered...even though the site said it was open till five....a man driving by called the owner he answered him ...but was no help...
deborah gIt was way out of the way…looks like an old, old abandoned building and the parking lot was unsafe and worrisome…full of broken concrete, glass and debris…I was pleased that I could make my move on a Sunday, however!
Julia JPeople on UHaul's side should make sure that people are there when you are scheduled to pick up. I had to wait for the representative to get ahold of someone to get the rental. Place was locked sign on door closed 8/24 to 8/29.

Johnalvin RWhen my reservation was made over the phone the email I got said the location was in Port Huron, but when I completed my online check in it was changed to Kimball. I was happy with the location, it's just when you're paying mileage it's nicer to be as close as possible.

KEITH EDropped off the car trailer after hours. Had trouble getting the straps to release--called u-haul several times and was never able to get through to a person at road side assistance--talked to a u-haul agent each time, but was always transferred to a recorded voice that told me I'd have to contact road side assistance via the web. Less than satisfactory.
JON MNothing spent a lot on gas but everything else was great
Mary MStop having hidden fess. I was told it would cost 139 after I got there it ended up costing me 202,94 plus 20 for gas after we were done and dropped it off. I can't stand companies that do this. This can't be good for business you basically lied to me period. I honest shoulda just left and took my kids clothes my clothes anything else that was truthly important to me and left everything else just to have saved myself the cost of this rental. I will not recommend u-haul to anyone.
Heather NEmployees had no idea how to use the system. I left without a drop off location which cost me +90 minutes on the phone with customer service.

beverly cI was told I could drop off in Port Huron MI and when I called the closest location I had expected to drop at was Full and I had to drive waynout of my way to Drop the vehicle off. Troy should have told me This was a possibility as I was really tight on time
Tim Sdo a better job calculating distance. there was more than 54 miles between Kimball my home at 6 hummingbird Drive Lake Orion Michigan and the facility you had me drop it off at. Just did not take into account the fact that I had to drive to Marysville past Meijer by 3 miles to get my belongings. also there was a train blocking two other ways to the storage unit I had to drive all the way back up the road to Lapeer and then down the next way and the back up and then down Michigan Avenue which cost me more in miles there was no wiggle room for having to go around a train that brought the tracks. I am very upset.

Margaret GI had planned on picking up the truck at another location closer to where we needed to use it but was told this was the only location that had the truck. Then the sales person tried to overcharge me and we only ended up getting the truck for a day and a half even though I paid for 2 days. I wasn't allowed to drop the truck back off at another location closer to where we were so there is plenty of extra mileage that I'm stuck paying for. Also, the truck was on 1/4 of a tank of gas when I picked it up, and I've used uhaul quite a few times now and I've never gotten a truck that was under 3/4 tank of gas when picking it up. I immediately had to take it to put gas into it. I should receive cash back for being under the mileage but have to wait till tomorrow, because the business is closed today Monday, January 15, 2018. I had planned on using Uhaul within the next 2 months but now am hesitant because of this experience.

Monica LTrailer had not been swept out as I was requested to do when I turned it back in. I will know to look inside the next time I have need to rent again. Tina was new at this location so I can not blame her. She was very helpful and pleasant!
