The rep at this location was out sick. I had to talk to the regional manager. Apparently, I only made a reservation online, therefore, it wasn't technically a "rental". The regional manager tried to explain that to me and made it sound like i was foolish for not knowing. However, he assisted with the rental process but it took some time to get it completed. The trailer was not clean with leftover debris from the previous user. After my usage of the truck i took a broom to sweep it out so I wouldn't get penalized for a "cleaning fee" from the previous renter. When i went through the mobile check in process I documented and included pictures of the unclean truck. I doubt I'll come back to this location due to this rental mishap and uncleaned truck... and especially since the lady at the front desk was sick with her constant coughing and sniffling. Why didn't she just go home like her co-worker? Now I feel like I am getting sick.

I appreciate the pre-inspection walk down of the truck with me at this location, first time I’ve experienced that when renting a UHaul. My only feedback is that I was focused on the outside of the truck I did not verify mileage. The drop off location stated that via mileage on the truck I drove ~190 miles when I really drove ~90. It appears the odometer was off by 100 miles.

Nobody could help me get the truck, they were somewhat disgruntled when I ask questions on how to get the rental truck. The customer service at this location was very poor.

To improve your customer service you should be little flexible to your customer not to charge another day rate for few hours late to return.

The truck wasn’t there and ready when I showed up I was quoted.79 and he charge me 109 per mile. He told me that he wouldn’t charge me for the extra days because they were closed and to bring the truck back Tuesday am I showed up They were rude over charged me, because I complained about being charged 1.09 per mile. I will be talking to my attorney!

Two forms of ID and overall cost were unexpected. Customer service hold time was over an hour. Overall disappointing experience. Next time I will use a car rental company.

Agent Mike Grady is the best. Only concern I had was parking availability on site since lot is small, but I found a space OK at 8 a.m. You can also let customers know in advance two photo ID's are required so phoning relatives won't be necessary. Otherwise overall experience very positive. Thank you!

The U-Haul representative did not even get up to do a walk around the truck and had the audacity to tell me that I bumped the top of the truck because it had a dent at the top of the truck there's no way I could have done that I was only going forward in the truck and only for 3 miles I have five witnesses to that can someone please call me back I'm trying to find a number to dispute the charge on my card I am not paying for damages that I did not do to a truck

Fix your invoicing system. I was substantially overcharged for an appliance dolly and moving pads due to a ‘glitch’ in Uhauls system. It was reported by the location upon pickup, but nothing had been done to rectify until after invoicing 6 days later.

Renting the cargo van was much easier and faster than I expected. The location helped us pick up the van personally, which I liked, although I had signed up to check out the van on-line.
