The pickup of the vehicle was arranged for 10:00, nobody was inside the building until around 10:30. The vehicle was clean, however, it must not have been well maintained as it did stall during use. The person that opened the store late was also not wearing a mask or any type of face covering (the employee present when returning the vehicle was).NIGEL J.

Was a great Uhaul to use and I'd highly recommend it again. First time I booked and I was about to drive out of the parking lot, my daughter had called that she didn't want me to come that day. The woman on the desk was very kind in giving me a refund and I rebooked a few weeks later. Great customer service!LINDALAURINE MAY M.

The location was great but the experience was horrible. Took 20 minutes to sign in with their virtual assistant. Who didn't answer a question I had. And it made me re-do picture uploads which they prompted me to do the week prior, and I had. What was the point? U-Haul now wants to call a reference. You have to supply a friends name and #, and they text your friend saying they're going to call, but don't actually call. Getting into a truck with a busy day ahead, with only 1/4 of a tank of gas, and having to get gas right away, when already 20 minutes late wasn't fun. Now I'm 35 minutes late, paying for movers who are waiting for me. Going down hills, the truck would red line. I thought it was going to blow. It can't change gears properly. This happened 3 times. Quite dangerous and scary. The headlights were dim and the mirrors weren't right at all. U-Haul charged me an additional 20 $because I didn't bring the truck back before 5pm when they close! They have a drop box for keys, so what's the issue? I reserved it for 12 hours. I could have kept it an additional 12 hours and saved 20 $? Makes no sense. And I asked head office about this charge but no reply. I don't like hidden fees and poor customer service. Overall, a not a good experience at all.Adam M.

The sign on the roadside indicated Uhaul returns here. There was no other signage indicating a more precise location. Dropped off the trailer at 10:10 PM hoping it was the right location. Received a call from Indig the next morning asking did we drop off the trailer in the front of the building ...replied yes and was told the drop offs were at the back of the building. (big oops here) did not know that and there were no signs to indicate same. Did speak to U-Haul that night about the drop off. She told me to take pictures of where we left it and that was all I needed to do.Michael F.
Better signage for location. Policy must change whereas a rental vehicle is completely fuelled and ready to drive. My vehicle had only a 1/4 tank of gas. Starting a long day by having to refuel is not a good startKevin R.
Since this was our drop off location and we dropped off after hours we did not enter the office or interact with staff. The parking lot was very large and open which made parking the truck very easy. The only critique I have is that there is no signage on the road indicating that this is a uhaul drop off. There isn't even a sign indicating that it is 200 baseline road.Ryan W.

Had to pick up truck at different location as the Oshawa sore didn't have a truck for me again.Martin L.
I had booked an appliance dolly with my truck order back in November and two days before I pick-up the truck I'm informed that they don't have any dollys for one-way moves. I had to go to a different U-haul location to rent one which was very inconvenient and not the service I expected.Stephanie B.

Took until 9:30am to get my truck unlocked with very little help from the 1 888 number. Reservation was for 8am. Ordered 12 moving blankets and none were in the truck. Nobody at this location until 10am so have no idea how this was my pick up location. Still have no email as to what the final cost was. Will never rent through this company ever again.Brad O.

The van was dirty and obviously not cleaned, and even though I was the first in line to wait for someone to show up at 10am and I even came in the night before to make sure everything was in line for a quick key hand over... I lost 40 valuable min waiting for the employee to sign me in so I could make a very important donation/delivery to a missions for bibles thrift store. Both guys at the branch knew the importance of a timely departure to be able to collect and drop off the donation for many organizations like; clothe the homeless, women's and men's shelters including group homes for the less fortunate. I will not be recommending this branch to anyone... I can't, due to the unorganized and dirty experience I had. you asked..Nico N.
