I drove in total less than 5km and was charged $18 for gas not sure this is appropriate

HUGO EThis is a complain I want to do with the overall service from U-Haul. I want nitialy booked the trailer where they said it would have the trailer garanty. A few days before you called me to change the location which didn't really please me as it was out of my way. When I got there there where no U-Haul equipment and not even an office. When I called the customer service number the guy asked me where I was with specific local points and all gave me the run around all around the plaza and the offices in the plaza's second floor. But still no U-Haul in sight. He finally sent me to another location where the U-Haul office was initially closed and doors locked. When the U-Haul employee finally showed up, the customer service guy just hung up impolitely, not waiting to confirm everything was ok. I lost more then one hour before taking possession of the trailer which again besides inconscience, cost me time and money on top of a meeting I needed to attend. I brought the trailer one day earlier then planned because of the lost meeting. I was charged the full four days anyway. I should be credited at least on day four all the trouble and consequences of the bad service U-Haul Canada gave me.

Robert HIt is a testament to the staff at this location, which is a considerably small office area, but still do a BIG job for the customers.
Sean OPick up the truck with an empty fuel tank. Got a minimum fuel error on the dash with one km of driving it which never happened with uhaul before.

samantha mThe ball receiver on the trailer is VERY loose. I finally put a rubber pad between the ball and the receiver. Because of the way the receiver lock works, this is NOT a plan for someone inexperienced with trailer hitches. Repair/replace the receiver.
Gilbert RBetter customer service. Make sure the vehicle booked is available and ready when the customer comes in to pick it up. Mine was not available! If not available, should offer another vehicle for the same price. Train the staff better!
dominic rI hope you can supply one option of free ramp bridges for the Customer , because they have dolles for shipping staff, but they have to move in the truck manually.
Honglin ZI was charged extra even though I had returned truck in person before time. Not happy with service and would not refer Uhaul to anyone.
Savan Pservice was great, very fast checking us in and getting us set up to go. Same when we returned the equipment. Way better staff than the rexdale location where it takes forever to get service.
Christopher HGreat first-time experience renting a small 4'x7' utility trailer. Good verbal instructions, an assuring Safety inspection and they let me carry on my way early in the morning. Since the premise was not gated, dropping Trailer afterhours was also easy using the online UHaul mobile system. a few clicks and snaps of photos and GPS location logged, Easy!

RENEB SNot change a time slot gurentee in the middle Of the night. Completely ruined my day, started 2 hours behind. Schedule with three elevators booked. This all after I had been changed around locations and trucks three separate times! Not the best. Wouldn't recommend u haul to anyone.

John CThe overall experience and the fact that Uhaul waited till the evening before to tell me I that Uhaul not keeping the reservation and not offering a solution until I asked about nearby towns leaves me with nothing good to say other than the truck worked well. The people at the pickup and drop off both were fine. They said it was in the hands of the head office computer system and I would have to contact Uhaul to iron out each issue which I did three times in three days.
TERRY WThe front brakes on the truck needed to be replaced as they were pulsing. Which means the rotors are warped.
Peter NThis location for uhaul pick up had the worst staff ever. The guy had an unnecessary attitude. He was unable to check me in and i asked him if he could call the customer service and check what the issue is and he gave me this response "fucking server is down. What the hell are they gonna do? Bring the server back up?" It's understandable that there could be an issue with the website, it happens, but least he could do is be respectful.

Linda PSlow service, I arrived before many whereas a fellow that booked back in April got priority, what happened to me, I had to come to this location to pickup an auto hauling trailer, put me behind schedule, I fought traffic all day! Not happy with this slow service and lack of training to personal who stated they didn't know how to hookup an auto transport trailer, I did it myself.
