This location is ideal, but I am not sure if its a potential dead zone or if the Uhaul app needs improvements. It took me 40min to mobile return the Uhaul truck due to the app telling me it had no connection, but I had perfectly normal cell service.

GINA R.Clean the vehicle's interior and exterior. The pickup that was rented did not look like it had ever been cleaned. There was trash behind the seat, chewing gum stuck to the driver's door, something spilled on the console and trash in the bed.

Wow Uhual doesn't have a hand truck? Truck would not stay off trailer mode no matter how many times I pressed the button it would just come back on making the Truck swallow gas.. Stay away, other than the people were nice this place is the worse.

Jonathan H.I applied for a truck at one location and made a reservation. They did not honor the res. So at this location they substituted a larger gas guzzling truck instead of the one I reserved. So everything cost me more. Horrible experience.

Stephen O.The vehicle did not have much gas. 3/8 of a tank. The towing gear feature was broken and stuck in the on position. This meant the vex hike used a lot more gas than necessary, which ended up costing me a lot more in gas than necessary. The rental administration need to check the vehicles out to make sure they are working properly.

SCOTT G.UHAUL receptionist/sales assoc. at Innovative did not explain anything, such as mileage, etc. She printed out a receipt and handed me the keys to my rental. I do know that I stuck with the mileage that I paid for - 10 miles. The info on my receipt is incorrect: mileage ended with 28 and ended with 38 when I returned the rental. WHAT are all these additional charges???? UHAUL is a scam. You advertise $19,95 for in-town. I had the vehicle for no more than 5 hours and am shelling out over $65 when gas included!!!! That's $50 more than expected. Give me a break. I went to my bank and saw an additional $5,27 charge aside from the $52,58 at the shop.

Michael G.The attendant was very friendly and efficient once he got there, a bit late. The truck had not been cleaned after the previous renter. It was dirty inside. Their blankets were stuffed in a bag. It was fine for a one day move, but not what I expect from Uhaul.
