I made a reservation for 10:00 a.m. returning at 10:00. the next day. I was not able to pick up the vehicle until 12:00 noon but apparently it was still 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 the next day. There were other vehicles available so it's not like I actually deprived anyone of a reservation.

MARTHA ERental was dirty on the inside of the cab as well as outside. No windshield washer fluid to clean windshield Service was poor I returned the truck early and was charged extra for gas (which I returned it with the same amount of gas) I also got charged a cleaning fee after I swept the back ot the truck out. I will never rent from this place again. Overall disappointment. I will yelp review this place as well.

kenneth zOur reservation was easy to schedule online. And when we stopped to pick up our truck & equipment, the process was easy and efficient. The agent was knowledgeable and moved through the computer steps very quickly and we were soon on our way!

George PI get great service every time I rent a Uhaul in this location. I rented a Uhaul 4 time in the last 60 days. The staff is friendly and always willing and ready to help. I highly recommend this location, Instant Smog Test, 1905 Grand Avenue location.
Erlinda HI have an email receipt from U-Haul for $56.00. This is an accurate receipt. U-Haul has charged my credit card for $105 for this rental. I will dispute this entire charge. Your company is a crook!
JACK HI only drove about 25 miles. I put over 2 gallons back in the vehicle. That put the gas gauge back to the mark I got the vehicle. Got my final receipt the next day and they charged me 3 more gallons! To me that is over 5 gallons of gas for about 25 miles. Kind of feel like they gouged me in the end with a $15 extra charge...

Laurie Vvehicle was ready to go when we arrived. the gas level was not represented correctly, but was taken care of on the preinspection, and I was not charged for the discrepancy. With ARCO just across the street, why can't more fuel be put into these vehicles? You charge for it. Very inconvenient. This is a U-Haul wide problem. With renting vehicles with low fuel levels. .

Ferdinando RA great location in Pacific Beach. Efficient service desk, very helpful in every way. I went in and out quickly. The uhaul van/truck is clean. There is the gasoline station across the street, which makes this location perfect. This Uhaul location exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend.

GREG MWhen I went to pick up the guaranteed rental on Friday for an after-hours pickup (using app), the equipment was not available. Apparently someone forgot to get it set up. I had to return the next day, delaying my move. Then, at the end of the rental, I was charged for the dolly inside the truck, when I didn't use it, as I have my own.
RYAN TVan was super dirty upon pick up. Had a low tire pressure light on...they said it was because sensor was broken. But sensors were not broken, it was indeed low after checking pressure myself. Driver's rear side blinker didn't work. Was super dangerous while driving on free way. I called about all issues and took pictures of van upon pick up.

I was a little unsure about using the app since it was my first time renting without the help of an associate, but the app was simple to use and made the process quick and streamlined. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and simple it was to use the app.
Nancy VHad thought the attendant would walk with me to inspect vehicle's condition, however, the pre existing scratches were clearly marked with stickers. So, it was a non issue. I would rent from this location again.

Jeff LI ordered a mattress bag to be picked up on site. They had no clue and said no bags were ever available at that site. I think your team is mailing me a new one; however, why would I need it after renting the truck? Should have been more up front about that.. Everything else was good, but that left a bad taste in my mouth. Just some helpful tips for the future :(

carol cEverything went well. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. The truck was OK. There was an issue with the transmission. It was hard to keep it in reverse. It kept slipping to neutral. Other than that it was fine.

Brent NI was not given the rental document paperwork when i pick up the vehicle. And i was charged 2x the milage of what i estimated the vehicles use would be. And there was no late night drop off documentation through the phone. Im pretty unhappy that i had to pay 2x more.

carol ccar was already dirty on the outside and inside, this is ok if it is not expected to return clean. the truck itself was weak and got the check engine light on midway, it disappeared after next restart. the biggest issue was the maneuverability of the truck was not safe, very lose steering.

Kaila TI made this reservation on line, it was very easy, and really streamlined the process. Carlos, as well as the other customer service rep (didn"t get his name) :(. were so nice and helpful. The process, from start to finish was seamless.

John MLocation was great, but the online Uhaul booking website is very misleading. It does not clearly label that everything is an hourly rate. I thought they were totals for the amount of time that I had rented it and then had a much higher bill at the end

I was in the parking lot trying to figure out the app/self-check out feature for several minutes when a friendly associate came out, asked for me by name and took me through the process quickly. He was super helpful and got me out of there efficiently. The uhaul was clean and well-maintained.
Paige BMy location did not work on safari. I had to call a friend and use his android phone. Both for pick up and return. Additionally, they added more identifying steps when I got to the location and I didn't have that documentation. Worst 4 hour experience.
Nathan SI forgot to ask the gentleman his name but he checked us in at the location. He did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful. He made the whole experience very pleasant.
