The rental experience was horrible. It took over 2 hours to pick up the rental. The mobile pickup was supposed to be fast and easy but it was absolutely horrible.
Tracey WoodworthThis was 30 minutes out of my way to drop off the trailer. The staff never even checked the trailer. I walked up to the front of the store and asked where to put the trailer and she just pointed and said drop it somewhere over there. She never came out to check.

VERNON STUBBLEFIELDFind a way to get the keys in the customer's hands sooner....the pick up process was long, tedious and redundant with information that had been shared with Uhaul previously. The names and addresses of THREE additional references and the attempts to use multiple credit cards made for a frustrating start with a six person moving crew waiting to get to the job site. On site approval did not occur...she had to call a Uhaul office somewhre for final assistance.
MITCH HASKINSQuit saying that you have equipment at one location and send me 40 minutes to pick it up in another location. Did not have furniture dolly as requested. This has happened the last two times I have rented with Uhaul.

Eric CostaTruck was not what I requested but I was given a truck for the same rate, so that was fine, but the truck itself was horrible. The front end of the truck was in need of an alignment or something, it shook really bad while driving and pulled to the right side it made for a long tiring drive to fight traffic and the truck as well to keep it on the road. Was not happy with it at all.
