Michelle HudsonThere's no reason this cost double than Penske or budget trucks. I had to change my reservation last second, I ended up sending $1300 opposed to $722 which was insane!!! Especially since I wasted my owe gas as they sent me on a wild goose chase to find the location with the truck and trailer. It took 3 hours just to pick up the truck putting me way behind schedule and loading in the rain (I purposefully planned ahead so it would be loaded before it rained). The gas mileage was much worse than the budget truck used to the previous move I filled up two more times than last move. Overall the location I got the truck from was awesome the helped as much they could but uhaul.. never again!
