Everything was going really nice and smooth, until the operation manager came the last day and talked to me rude!! I don't appreciate that!!! She charged me 220 dollars just for one day!! And then the other thing...I rented a truck the last day, I checked the gas and it was not totally full, so I returned it the same way it was, and they charged me 9 more dollars for that as well!! I think that's personal!!! I don't recommend this place unless they fire that white mean lady!!!

First of all, the operation manager doesn't know how to treat people! That lady is so rude! And I rented a truck, when I got it, it was not full, so when I dropped it off, I left it the same way that I got it, and now I see that they are charging me 9 more dollars for that!!! I will never do business with them again!!

The gas needle got stuck on the truck and I over filled the truck and when I first took the truck it was reading between 1/4 and 1/2. But as soon as I took off it dropped below a 1/4 tank. I'm very disappointed about the fact I had to put more gas than was necessary. Also the location needs WiFi because I was having a hard time submitting photos and getting the key when I picked up and dropped off.

Everyone at the location was very friendly and helpful. I will use them again if need and recommend them. I did report to staff that on Thursday morning 8/31/23 when I opened up the rear compartment to the truck there was water on the floor. It had rained the night before so there is a leak somewhere.

I'd you don't have the equipment reserved than you should either route the customer to another location where the equipment is available or not accept the reservation. I reserved a van and end up with a 12' truck. More than I needed and cost me over $50 in gas when if I was provided with the equipment I reserved my additional costs for fuel would have been half. Then to add insult to injury, the uhaul place charged me for 7 gallons of gas at $39.95. Highway robbery. I've used uhaul service many times over the years and I have to say that I have never been more disappointed than I was with this rental.

My move in was absolutely amazing! I received help over the phone, prior to moving in to decide which unit would be more appropriate for me and was shown different options in person to get a better visual. The gentleman at this location made the process flawless! I'm glad I picked this location!

Yes I did move some stuff in and there was no lighting on the 3rd Floor. I tried calling the office while I was there but didn't have a good signal. We had to use our flashlights on our cell phones. I've been meaning to call back but have been so busy. I will be bringing more stuff this week and hope this issue has been fixed. Thank you! Sue Hall

Asked for a 26' truck with 65 blankets and a utility dolly. Also, needed a car carrier and eventually wound up adding a 6x12 trailer too. Just rents a 20' truck three days prior. When I called to confirm the truck I was told I could get the car carrier but not the truck. I would have to get the truck at another location 10 miles away. Huge inconvenience to someone picking up on moving day with hourly movers waiting to move. Got the car carrier separate and brought back to the house. Called to get the truck and asked about the blankets the night before. I was told there were none. Had not inquired I would have arrived and had no blankets on moving day. I was told there were blankets in another location and had to run out again and get half of what I ordered. This put me in a bind and I wound up having to spend $460 for expensive pads from the movers.. when I got to the other location to get the truck I had to wait in a lunch line behind a bunch of people placing food orders to get the truck. At first, I was really confused and didn't think I was in the right place. After waiting quit awhile I finally got to speak with someone about my truck. I was told it was on dead empty and I would have to fill it before I took it because someone syphoned the gas out of it. Why would they just put some back in it? Had to stop and try to gu as how much to put in because I was supposed to return empty?? I was then told I had no utility dolly. They didn't have one. Thanks! What am I supposed to do? Last minute again and I have movers waiting. Had to pay extra agin and use the mover dolly that they had to send someone back out on my time to get. Called this location to add a trailer and was told again to go to another location to get it. I was pretty upset about all of the inconveniences and extra costs and running around at this point. When I picked up the trailer I venting to the gentleman at the uhaul location. He was saying that it was not how it was supposed to be with Uhaul and I shouldn't have had to deal with it that way. The other employees at the other locations that I spoke with seemed to act like it was the norm and that that was just Uhaul. Something is not right and Uhaul needs to get on the same page and do a better job taking care of customers. Completely ruined my already stressful moving experience and made it so much more hectic and crazier than it needed to be. This company needs to figure out what direction they want to go and stop mixing in all the hodge podge carriers that don't care about the customer. Not sure y'all could have made my move any more difficult if you tried. I forgot to mention. I spent an hour trying to get the ramp to pull out on the truck because it was bent and did not work. Icing on the cake I guess? Thanks Uhaul!

When renting I asked about truck size and explained what I was doing the. Woman that I spoke with said a 15' truck I said it sounded small but since I never moved she said that would be fine. I had to make 2 trips for no reason because of getting the wrong size truck.
