Excellent costumer’s service
Erika PDon't ever rent from here, use the real U-Haul down the street in Interbay. This location only get a few trucks and if someone doesn't return on time you are going to be left out in the cold. I called to verify my rental and was told I was 3rd in line with only 1 truck due in. I had to call U-Haul corporate to have someone pull some strings and get me a truck. It all worked out, but I was delayed by almost 2 hours and had to go through the stress of nearly not getting a truck.
BRENT NI reserved a trailer at another location with months of lead time, they didn't have it and I was sent here. Staff here was good.
Brian FI made a reservation online to pick up before this location opened and uhaul let me do this but when I showed up there was no way to pick up the keys and the very nice person who works at the self storage told us this happens all the time and that this location does not do 24/7 rentals at all despite being able to make the reservation there on U-Haul.com. He was able to get me a rental despite this but I received no call before the rental time to confirm or change the location. Then the U-Haul app would not let me upload a picture of damage to the rental that was there before we left (the person who works at the self storage was able to do this for me too). The truck itself was clean with no issues and was able to do what I needed it to do. The rental process was a mess.

Morgan WStaff was very kind and helpful, but the truck itself had only 1/8 of a tank of gas which added an inconvenience to an already stressful day of moving to go fill it up. The windshield was also absolutely covered in bird poop but the truck was out of windshield fluid. Overall a bummer start to moving day to have to go scrape off the windshield and fuel up the truck. Haven't had this experience at other uhaul locations.

Dakkota RSome confusion on the rate provided on line and the rate pulled up when picking up the truck. The location was able to call 'traffic' to resolve.
SCOTT FI had agreed to a professional service, which was unfulfilled when the technician lied about their arrival time. There is a recorded conversation between the alternate number we used to call and the Uhaul call representative who answered. When my significant other called for an update after waiting 30 minutes, the call representative informed us that the technician had marked themselves as actively working 15 on the vehicle minutes prior, in order to make more money. At least, that is the words the representative said to us and that she would take note/file a report on this. In addition, I was unaware that the vehicle's locking mechanism was malfunctioning until after I got the U-Haul back safely. At the time of the incident, the objective was to return the U-Haul to the store. Additionally, I was not aware of the possibility to dispute the charge, and that is why I am now filling out the dispute form.
Duncan SThis rental benefited from the employee who took care to keep me informed as timing changed a bit, who made the rental easy and stress-free, and genuinely cared that the whole experience was good. That's not so common, and I really appreciated her.

Kelda SI reserved the van for pickup at 9:30, using remote pickup, as the facility would not yet be open at that time. Then U-Haul suddenly changed my pickup location, and the new place did not offer a place to leave my car -- something I really needed, as I was on my own and did not have a driving partner. In the end, the pickup location was reassigned back to Interbay Self Storage, but I had to wait an hour to get the van, because they were not yet open. It all worked out all right, but it was vexing and inconvenient.

Avrie WThe app is absolutely terrible. Even with a good signal on my phone. It took forever to load every page and some would not load at all. I spent half an hour trying to return the truck on the app before calling customer service and asking for help.

I was running late to pick up the truck and they called to make certain everything was still OK. I was impressed with that level of customer service. When I dropped the truck off it was fast and simple and they emailed me my receipt within the hour. Great customer service and a great experience all the way around.

Emily DSuper disappointed with U-Haul web site. What the website offer's isn't what the location has. I can't go to two or three places to get my order. I pre-paid shipping materials. My location doesn't do that. I also requested plastic boxes but would have the to to third location for those. So online was easy but split between three locations making it impossible to gather.

The first one that was assigned to my was blocked in by a large semi truck unloading storage units and the only other one had its gas siphoned so I had to fill up the gas more than was needed just to get the van where I needed to go. Wasted time and money at this location.

Stephanie BThis location was closed for the day for team training!!! Uhaul knew I was coming. They represent uhaul and I was left at 11:30 am with a sign that indicated their closure, but no instructions on what to do or where the key drop off box was located. I waited on line for over 15 minutes in 41 degree temperature, ( yes, I was outside, because Interbay was Closed!). My friend checked us in on the mobile app while I was on hold. The correction I made at Vancouver, Wa when I picked up the truck apparently didn't take and I was charged $24 for fuel even though I had filled the tank to the 3/4 level which is where it was when I picked it up. After holding for 15+ minutes in the cold, Xavier in Georgia with Uhaul helped me out even though the computer system was slow. It took over 30 minutes to get the truck dropped off and we were trying to catch a train back to Vancouver. This is totally unacceptable. Interbay should have communicated to uhaul and CustomerService could have been served. As it was Interbay and uhaul's lack of coordination was PATHETIC.

Sara S- When I rented the vehicle, the app photos to approve did not match my vehicle. For instance the roof had a large dent and a scratch, but the photos i was asked to approve did not show this dent and scratch. Additionally the yellow stick-on tabs on the top of the uhaul roof were in the photo but not on my vehicle. - I chose to use the truck share app to pick up my vehicle, because I wanted to get my keys quick and easy and avoid any lines. When I arrived my app said go to the counter and get your keys by showing the uhaul rep this screen on your phone. The rep ignored my screen and said he was gonna finish doing a reservation before he helps me. So, I waited anyways. I got my keys at 10:40 a.m. - I returned my vehicle at 10:40 a.m. the next day. The location said they would charge me $150 for bumping a different reservation that was scheduled to use my vehicle at 10:00 a.m. They said they would reduce the fee to a single day's rental after a lengthy discussion. - The location charged me $20 for cleaning, for a tiny amount of dirt that would have been able to be removed with one swipe of a broom. They said they had photos of my vehicle before and it was more clean. Again, these photos were not accurate because there was a dent on the roof not shown in my photos. I have rented uhaul vehicles about once a week, for a year, and this was the only bad experience and the only time I've rented from this location. I will definitely not rent at this location again and will not recommend the location to anyone. The fees they charged afterwards are beyond unreasonable. Fortunately I photographed and marked the dent on the roof at my pickup because they surely would have charged me for someone elses damage. If they were so thorough in my return, then how did they miss the dent on the reservation before mine? Oh and I was told they don't actually have the capabilities to do the truck share app. I asked why I was given the option for this app at their location then, and the representative said because I ordered the day of. This makes no sense, but it was the least of this locations problems.
CODY VThe truck doesn't shift between rpm well. Not safe to operate on freeways had to use 99 since speed was slower. Operated better when truck was empty.
