Larry WHe's a crook this person didn't think we would know the miles we are traveling to and from we did our homework before he added 13miles we only used for 15 miles and it's on my Google maps showing places I travel to. Definitely reporting this also to (BBB) who knows how long he's been getting away with this scam but it stops here.

gabriel hMy reservation was not ready for me at the original pickup location. They told me the truck was due back days ago but wasn't returned. If it hadn't been returned for DAYS, then why didn't U-Haul change my location to a location that had a truck ready for me instead of standing around a location that they know they don't have a truck at. Frustrating experience and it cost me an hour of time that I didn't have on an already busy and full moving day. Nothing wrong with the location but with the way U-Haul handles reservations.

Maria MThe customer service at the main office is terrible. I was waiting an HR and a quarter for someone to call me back and then on hold for another 15 minutes till they came on line. It too another 45 min till the repair people to get there. I was given compensation of a day because my movers left, but when I tried to claim it, I was hung up on 3 times! They couldn't find my order, became frustrated and hung up! I don't know if I will ever use uhaul again!

Ana ENever again will I rent from Uhaul, the last 3 rentals from uhailul you reserve my truck and a week later you call and say we don't have a truck. This time it cost me $1 100 extra to drive 40 min out of my way from a 6 foot smaller truck with gas and helpers and a whole extra trip back down to San Diego to pick up what I couldn't get in a 20' truck. Ridiculous !!!!
Jeffrey RI had a previous reservation 21354569 and when I reached the location to pick up the truck, I was told that that location no longer did U-Haul. I called the 800# and first was told that I needed to be transferred and then that he couldn't transfer and gave me another 800# and I kept getting disconnected. I kept calling back and then the system asked me if I wanted to receive a call back since there were long wait times and I chose to be called back. When I received the call back, I got the menu again instead of someone helping me, and I got disconnected again. Not a good experience. I finally got some help from another place that no longer did Uhaul and this person was able to create this current reservation for this survey and finally was able to pick up a moving truck. You guys need to fix your phone system.

Josue HI got charged 3 times, and I went back twice for them to refund me. And they said they couldn't help me. I brought all the receipts and showed them my bank transactions. They said I should've only been charged once, but proceeded to not help me.
Pa HReserved the truck and dolly and everything was ready when we showed up. Rental was fast and efficient. Employees were very friendly with a great attitude and highly recommend renting from this location.
