Gerald MVacant lot used to store rentals was horrible due to muddy conditions. Had to find the trailer myself check it out and hook it up myself in the rain. Overall cx experience was poor.

Johnny CThe truck I was first scheduled to pickup was very dirty and old. The second truck was in much better shape. It took me almost an hour to pick up the truck mostly due to issues with the Uhaul app.

The girl from New Orleans called and made sure we had a truck at this location so we didn't have to travel. And luckily we needed the 15 foot truck. It was so reasonable I don't know why we didn't use a U-haul when we moved mom into the apartment. Thanks so much. Linda

Shane ALot is really dark and could use more lights to return or pick up at night. I payed for a flat furniture dolly and received a utility dolly instead, that I didn't need because I had my own.

Eric SEverything was good other than the lot. It is difficult to maneuver in with a trailer due to other equipment parked there. Backing in would have been better but the roadway is quite busy.
Steve YI checked yes for clean because it was clean enough but someone had smoked in it. There were ashes in the passenger door area and the floorboards were dirty. I didn't care, but I know someone would get in there and expect clean to be "spotless." They may leave a bad review, but I wasn't worried. Will rent again.
DAREN BWe paid for an appliance dolly but there was no dolly available at the location.
Todd SI paid for a furniture dolly and utility dolly but neither was in the truck when I picked it up and the business was closed.

Chad MGas gauge in vehicle does not have the same amount of marks as gas gauge on the contract which made it virtually impossible to match the required fuel level. I put the fuel back to same level I found it inside of the vehicle and was still charged for 2 gallons of fuel.
Jesse WPlease be sure that the trucks that are assigned have enough fuel to at least make it to a gas station. Also, include directions on how to get into gate outside of business hours prior to the customer getting there. Time was wasted during pickup and I wasn't compensated in any way.

Wayne CThis location was labeled as a 24 hour drop off facility but it is NOT. We had a small trailer and we're locked out of the gate then proceeded to have to stay on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes until someone was able to contact the owners of the facility so we could get in and drop our equiptment off.

Katina SUhaul charges need to be reviewed in a One way rental. One way fees are higher than renting a rental at the same location of rental. I was charged a mandatory min 2 day rental to drive 85 miles because I didn't want to drive it back another 85 miles. Then because I went a little over 85 miles, I was charged for miles over. So not only was I forced to pay more days than I needed the truck, I was also charged for 30 Miles over
