The first place I went to called fry took equipment was closed with no way to do over night drop off. . The new place was easier to drop off after trying to reach some for over an hour. Honestly, I am very dissatisfied with my whole experience. This is not the first time I used U-Haul, but I can say that the next time I want to move I will take other Companies into consideration. Shape up or lose clients, at this stage of the game your business shouldn't play it easy ,as competition is coming up
