Nice customer service
Damaris FSuper unorganized, U-Haul smelled like urine, girl at the desk seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. I returned the U-Haul at 1pm the same day, I received calls the next day by the owner asking why I had not returned the U-Haul and they were going to start the "recovery process." I have never had a bad experience with U-Haul I will never rent from this location again.
Amber MThe check-in process using the app was difficult. The app simply didn't work well. After multiple crashes and resets, I was finally able to get the app to start working. During the middle of the check-in process using the app, the app crashed again. Trying to get the app to work again. It would not let me because apparently enough checking information went into the system that the check-in process had terminated. The app was very difficult to use and frustrating.
Lynn NQuick and easy pick up and drop off. The van was nearly new and a breeze to drive.

ANDREW LWhen I picked up the Van there was no gas in it. The light was on I put $40 in and it got me to a quarter tank. The lady that rented me the u-haul ,when she printed out the papers she put the gas at a quarter tank but that was not right she should have put it down correctly, It was just above the E and the light was on. I have a picture but I can't send it through this. There is a pair of socks in there from the person before there was some spilled in the back and some things sticky in the cup holder.

Elizabeth HThere was a problem with the tire air pressure and the young woman who waited on me said they weren't supposed to have rented it out. Nevertheless, she let me take it and was very gracious and helpful. I would suggest that the U-Haul website be more careful about such things in the future.

carole mcheck the rental in immediately upon bringing back; as part of the receipt process. (even though we brought it back within an hour of renting, it was checked in after hours and we received a call asking why we had not yet returned van.)
JASON HI don't like the fact that they called me three days later saying my equipment was not turned in. This is not good business. They need to give me a receipt as soon as I return the equipment. The girl said it was good to go. That made me feel uneasy. The next time I will demand a receipt so I'm not accused of keeping equipment. Like I'm a thief.

George WVarious issues were NOT resolved. The vehicle was never checked-in properly and when I checked it out I did not notice any issues until after I had completed the online check-in. Once I completed the check-in I could not go back into the app to report issues. I called the location to let them know. Their poor service was blamed on me and charged to my credit card. I brought the vehicle back early because I could not use it. ALL MY FAULT according to this Uhaul location.
David WManage 24-hour drop off check-in more efficiently. I received a scary text claiming my rental hadn't been received and I had to go through a wave of anxiety and panic wondering what happened to the trailer until the person I talked to on the phone assured me that this facility just hadn't done anything about the trailer that appeared in their ranks for 2 days. All is well, now, but the scare wasn't very appreciated.
Jack SWhen I got there I immediately was brushed away because the girl who helped me wasn't ready for me, I even selected the self service pick up option for convenience. I told her that the duction was not letting me complete the pick up on my phone she said her a minute, it took about few minutes and she came out and the car was not ready and I don't think it was even cleaned with the virus happening, I was not confident she said the guy just left and she needed to complete his before the self service function will work, after she completed it o stoll had issues with it, i asked her she came talking to me 20 feet away and not being very helpful at all. I will never use that option and this location again.
MICHAEL MThe staff is nice, but not there much of the time. I waited there for 50 minutes for someone to show up...never did. The sign said would return at 2, I arrived at 1:55 so I thought I might just wait. I left at 2:45 with no one ever showing up. I also returned the van after 1,5 hours of use, but the van was not recorded as returned until the next day. I received phone calls from Uhaul asking me to return it. I had handed in the keys in person? Before driving the van off the lot I let them know that the gas level was incorrect (it said it had a quarter more of a tank then was in there) I was told to take a picture on my phone and send it to Uhaul. But I was still charged $15 extra for gas when I returned it. Please reimburse me that extra.
Michael OThe vehicle was acceptably clean; some debris was in the cargo area and in the cab and the vehicle should have been cleaned completely (but your response radio buttons above don't allow for a rating between yes and no). Also, the location was NOT the location noted when I made the reservation the night before pick up. Don't promise vans that are unavailable.

Sarah TI have been charge excess under heading cleaning whereas the cleaning did for me is just taking one water bottle out which I forgot in vehicle and the cushions left over of packeging would take 2 min to clean When I requested to inspect vehicle in front of me I have been told its not required and at the end I got a bill with the excess charge for cleaning HIGHLY disappointed with the service especially how you handle customer after the visit and send the bill. When I tried to communicate this issue no proper resonance received , seems you wanted your customer make small mistakes and then you can charge them anything. Sorry But I am not happy with this knid of approach especially when I requested to have inspection in front of me to avoid any future disputes. Will never rent again

PATRICK CHaley was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional . However, it seems you are having problems with your software computing costs for a one day van rental. That was time consuming, but Haley handled it perfectly. I'm pleased with your agent's performance but you need to resolve that software issue.

Cindy WMake it very clear that the quoted price is not accurate ... that there is a mandatory insurance charge which makes the actual price significantly (50 %) higher than the advertised price! In my book, this is false advertising!
