Cory EThey Did not find a drop off location close to my destination. We stopped at a closer one and they told us there were huge fees if dropped at the wrong location. They did not explain that to me up front. I thought I could take it to the closest one.
Kerry LOn my way to pick up, I'm informed they don't have the trailer I reserved. I had to drive the uhaul truck another 20 minutes opposite direction from where I needed to go to get the trailer. Appointment was at 1pm , guy was gone at lunch for almost an hour . Had multiple people waiting on me to pick up a vehicle and other parts.
