The engine service light went off and on during usage while I drove the vehicle across the U.S. I reported it thru U-Haul channels and was told to keep on driving. When I turned in the vehicle I was told the engine service light was a recurring problem in the truck type. Recommend you fix this issue.

That is a little frustrating. But other than that it was great and I appreciate being able to use the uhaul.

BARBARALAVERNE S.The location is currently under construction. Dropping off the trailer before on my way to work before they opened turned out to be a little tricky due to the lack of directions, beyond one sign pointing to the back of the property.
Michael L.When I arrived the entire team was so welcoming and kind. Much better experience at this location than at any other one that I have rented from. I tried to do the mobile pick-up and got completely confused with the instructions that were sent. I decided to stop in and received some really great customer service. I would highly recommend this location!

Kenneth S.Michael was very friendly and did a great job at explaining important things about the rental. The truck was okay in terms of cleanliness. And I was praying the engine would hold up during the drive (sounded strained). Brakes were softer than I was accustomed but the truck has a great deal of miles. It was my understanding the truck was going to NN VA for a well needed PM visit!!
