When I scheduled my uhaul, I was directed by uhaul corporate to this location from Ulysses. I was told there was no uhaul for me there. I was promised a $50 credit I never received on my bill and when I drove by Ulysses, the uhaul I needed was there. I felt lied to by corporate.

WILLIAM CNo body was at either location horrible experience yall still have my deposit haven't got it back. I never rent from yall ever again. I'll make sure to tell any of my friends and family to never rent from yall. The least you could have done was reimburse my money for the inconvenience but no yall took my deposit and still don't have it back. Never again it's the last dollar you will ever get from me
LORRAINE CAfter a very bad and frustrating trip with a rented truck from another location that had multiple issues, the Hugoton agent and her manager worked very professionally and diligently to make things right. Uhaul needs to take lessons from these employees. It is employees like them that will keep customers coming back.
