Customer service was not to good. Somewhat rude and dry. I couldn't get the app to work and had to wait patiently while she was working on something else for about 5 minutes before she decided she could help me.

I was reluctant to rent a van from here because of the bad reviews, but my experience wasn't awful. I reserved a cargo van online. Once I arrived, using the app, I had to take a selfie and photo of my driver's license. This process took a little while to transfer to the Uhaul computer so the representative could confirm the completion of the process. The representative didn't come out and inspect the vehicle before I took it to confirm the condition. I took a video of the vehicle inside and out and of the mileage beginning and end. I also had declined the $11 damage coverage fee, but when I was emailed my final receipt, I was charged $11. I had to call customer service and I was credited back the $11. I gave the experience a 3 star. I didn't like the fact that they tried to charge me for something that I had clearly declined. It makes me wonder how many other people get charged because they don't look at their final bill.

Review with customers new changes in procedures, some people rent these trucks a minimum of every 3 years or so. The truck missing the dolly had to acquire one separately last minute. Sketchy practices, locked storage unit to charge another fee.

Got charged for the pads and didn't even receive them. The U-Haul was cleared out just before we received it. The process of getting the U-Haul took 30 minutes, if not more. Returning the U-Haul was an arduous process as well.

I would prefer to rent from a place where I can get the proper help. I did not know that this was a location where you rented by only using the app. When I went to ask questions they told me that everything is done through the app. I needed an appliance dolly, but it was not in my truck ready to go. Instead the woman at that location told me to drive that truck to another location. I had to return the appliance dolly to one location then return the truck to its original location which added more mileage that I had to pay for. Not only that, at the other location I would have had to pay an additional $10 for the dolly, but the manager was kind enough to let me borrow it... so I would give them the 5 stars for making my life a little bit easier. When it was time to pay for my rental, I had written a note saying that I disagreed with the charges. But because there's no person that I can talk to that was my only option. No one has yet to call me about it but they still charged me the full amount. Therefore, I will no longer rent at this location ever again.

I made my reservation online. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there was a sign saying use the APP ONLY. There was no mention of this when I made the reservation. I had trouble creating an account in the App; having wifi available for the customers would be helpful to ensure no connectivity issues if required to use the App. When employees did finally show up, the female employee was rude. A customer shouldn't have to do the job of employees if they're present in the establishment. I don't feel I should pay for a service and have to do all the work to process my rental agreement. The customer service needs to improve!

The check in process was very inconvenient. The gentleman at the counter was helpful which is why I gave an above average rating. I was charged for fuel, although when the truck was picked up it was on E. We put gas in it and left nearly a half tank full.

This was probably the worst experience I had with a U0Hal rep in life! The lady at the counter for so so so disrespectful and rude for no reason. Talked so badly to me in response to my basic question on how I should get the keys to the truck! I can't believe this is how she would talk to a customer. This was so bad that she was just yelling from one end of the facility and telling me waht to do - when I repeatedly told her I cant eve hear her becasue of road noise. She walked in after that cussing and having a real bad rude attitute. I would like you guys to take note of this and take some disciplinary action!!

I was never informed of that I needed to document the mileage nor the gas. I refilled the gas back to Milage that I took ok the truck out with. I agree to the mileage used but to be charged $31 for gas and no one able to show me what the outage of gas that the truck had before I left in truck is not ok with me.
