I love this location, convenient and easy. I had to go back a 2nd time, the first reservation, I was not able to get the truck. The location was closed that day, Wednesday, and I had to come back on Thursday to get the truck. Otherwise, everything was smooth and worked great!

BRYAN DI delivered the truck, and the person inside said he refused to accept the truck and I needed to drive somewhere else. I dropped the keys on the counter and called U-Haul customer service.

Ed WWhen I got the truck home and opened the back to begin loading, it was a mess with garbage. The blankets were used and wet. The hand truck was also used. Fortunately I didn't need any of that but I was concerned about being charged for the previous rentals mess. I cleaned up the garage but nothing to do with the wet blankets.

Finally an employee showed up early and saved the day. Not sure that the day would have worked out had he not been almost 2 hours early for work.

ALAN VThe person who handles the rental was out ill so someone from another area of the business came to our aid. She had not been crossed trained. So after some time watching her meet obstacles, she called a corporate store for assistance. They were able to walk her thru the process, even though we had completed all the steps previously on line. At her request. In totally, we were there for 2 hours trying to rent a trailer that we had prior to arrival had reserved and had received an authorization code. The on line registration that we completed basically was recorded by. What was supposed to be a supply pick up was a two hour ordeal. It caused us to be delayed and we were unable to complete all our pickups. While I understand emergencies, I don’t understand a business not having a contingent plan. I was grateful the other employee stepped up, but it was stressful for everyone. Her overall skepticism of us as the consumer made the experience even more awkward and unpleasant. We remained amiable and cooperative but it was a challenge situation made even more difficult because of the individuals personal biases. Our exchange upon the return of the vehicle was simple. I did thank her for stepping up to the plate. I have to give her 5 stars for the effort and attempting to get the transaction completed. Especially knowing this was not her assigned task. I give the owner of the u-haul two stars overall because the vehicle was clean, serviced and dependable. I deducted for their lack of preparedness.
Katrina HThe staff at this location was great. Truck was a little dirty. Windshield was filthy in the inside. Box was sandy and not swept. Gas cap cracked. These were minor things as the truck ran great and everything that matters was in good shape.

IRVIN GI was on hold for over an hr and I wasn't able to pick up the right truck and was given another one and I didn't need it, it was more expensive it was such a hassle to get a code tor my key, the app wasn't helpful at all and customer service transferred me like a hot potato.
Michelle Cthe truck was not parked at the building it was supposed to be at, nor at the spot where the “location photo” was taken, it was parked on a completely different street. the storage place didn’t open until 10 and we were there by 8:30 to pick up the truck, so we had to call uhaul. we were on the phone being transferred around and put on hold for an hour and a half before someone was finally able to help us and tell us where the truck was… a complete waste of time.
bethany pI rent U-Hauls often and always have the best experience at this location. Customer service is always great, vehicles are clean and well maintained, and the manager is always the most friendly and helpful person I have ever dealt with.

DWAYNE GThe App is slow and cumbersome. The proof of who I am and then another proof like a phone number needs to be done ahead of time. There's just a ton that could be streamlined in the picking up and dropping off process. Though I will say, dropping off was much better then picking up. I had changed my credit card i was going to use on the app a few days prior and when i went to pay, the app did not have the new credit card. Its stuff like that that slows the entire pick up process down. The pick up process is awful. So much of it could be done the night before. The truck was clean but the front, where we sat stunk of "old man". That was awful. The truck ran well and needed to do what we needed it to do. Also, I ordered a dolly that was not in the truck, so if I paid for that, please reimburse.
