Upon arrival we found out that this location did not have the size truck we ordered nor the furniture dolly we ordered. We ended up having to take a larger truck. They took the charge for the dolly off the bill and gave us one from their storage business. We were also offered the "safe move" insurance, which we declined only to find out that we were charged for this anyway. We were marked down as having a full tank of gas but when getting in the truck, it had less than 3/4 of a tank. When we asked about the milage (this was a one way move), we were told there was unlimited miles. However, when we dropped it off, we were charged for milage over the base amount (granted it was only $2.40). Finally, we weren't even walked out to the truck which was parked in the back of the property. When we got to the truck it obviously hadn't been cleaned or attended to in quite a while. We had to clean all the dead leaves off the truck and the cab was sticky with was we assume was spilled soda. Unfortunately, we had flown in from out of town to move our daughter, were on a tight schedule and therefore, didn't have the time to argue over these issues. We have used U-Haul multiple times in the past with positive experiences. The two individuals at the location were very nice but overall this was a bad experience, cost us more than expected and we would not recommend this location to anyone.

Had one bad tire on it and lights were not working but gentleman emailed service tech and he was there in a few hours and fixed everything . We received excellent service. Gentleman hook trailer up for us. I could not pick up tongue to hook it up to truck.

Customer service, the U-Haul website, and most of the locations are absolute garbage. I don’t understand how U-Haul is still in business outside of the fact they are primarily the only option. The website is never accurate. And not just slightly off, but blatantly inaccurate. The reverse order line is rude and unprofessional, and most locations are not actually vendors, they just do this on the side and have zero idea of what is going on. This location however was very professional and polite so I HATE my only option was to rate this location. THIS LOCATION was a 5. Most U-Haul locations and corporate itself I’d LOVE to give a -5 if I could, so I went with a 3. I hope U-Haul itself goes bankrupt and the boardmembers have to fight the urge to jump off of buildings because they can’t put gas in their private airplanes anymore. Maybe if they put more money into the business and customers and their website than into their pockets the experience wouldn’t be a continuous horror show. Hopefully everyone else understands and my apologies to this location.

Cabin was fairly dirty and the windshield was very dirty. The oil light came on almost immediately, meaning the oil had not been checked and there was no water in the windshield washer system. The employee was nice however.
