Like he was doing me a favor by LETTING me pay him! He had a very rude and condescending attitude. Definitely will never rent from him or U-Haul again.
Ernest T.The movers I reserved through the U-HAUL website contacted me the morning of the move to let me know they would be about an hour and 30 min late. We waited for them. Then they said another hours and 30 min late. The individual, Jeremy, did not accept responsibility and put all the blame on me and said it was my fault I never called him to book the time. I sent him all the information which never said I was suppose to call him. Myself and my friends who are over 50 ended up moving my belongings. So stressful and because we waited we didn't get done until after dark. I will never use that moving company again or book movers through U-HAUL.

Alaysha E.You know, this was all around great experience with iStorage. Truck was ready; clean, dolly was already in and even the truck was facing the main road which was so much easier to leave. But best was great customer service when I walked in. Welcoming, friendly, everything was explained to me and super efficient. I will definitely be back to this location whether for uhaul or if I ever need a storage and will suggest it to anyone I know Thank you !!!

I know that this will be seen by him and will not go any further; however, he needs to learn to curb his tongue and remember that he is not the customer. I am not going to tell you that I was not rude, because I was, matter of fact I was horrible. He is a condescending jerk and he truly brought out the very worst in me. I apologize for my behavior and I should not have let him bring me to his level. I will never do business at this location. I have used U-Haul many many times and never have I been so provoked to be so incredibly rude to another person. As he said, "I couldn't do anything to him because he was the manager and the cooperation would not do anything". So with that being said I hope the next time I use U-Haul it will be a pleasant experience.

Laura R.The attendant greeted me politely and was quick with the contract. The facility was clean. The vehicle I rented had issues and should not have been rented. Vehicle broke down a few miles after I loaded it up. Roadside assistance resulted in more than 5 hours setback causing me to miss my nephew's wedding.
