Had to use the online system to pick up and return the truck. This was my first experience with your process. There was some confusion in the beginning but after contacting your telephone support team all was resolved. I paid for moving clothes and they were not provided. The location was changed a third time and I was never notified so when I showed up to pick up the app said I was to go to a different location which had no service to check in so I had to drive around to find a place with service.Jessica D.

The only complaint I have is why should I have to return the truck back with a full tank of gas, but the truck DID NOT have a full tank of gas when I pick up the truck. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas as when I picked the truck up but I was charged $9 because it was 2 gallons short of being full of gas.Mitchell C.

The representative who called me today, Albert, was perhaps the most helpful person in all of my troubled experiences with UHAUL. This most recent experience was frustrating from beginning to end and everywhere in between with few exceptions, Mr Albert being one. Because of my experience, it is very UNlikely that I will ever use UHAUL for a move again. I will probably elect Lowe's, Home Depot or one of the car rental companies.Todd G.
I was a little frustrated that the reservation was changed twice, including one time at 6:55 the day I wanted to pick it up. I was scheduled to pick it up at 9 am on the original order and the vehicle I was assigned, couldn't be picked up until 10 am. I wanted to start earlier for the things I needed to move. Finally, the young lady that issued the vehicle to me didn't know how to. I don't fault her; I believe she was a new employee. I gave this score as I don't have a way to share the reservation and rescheduling process I experienced.Patrick B.

The truck was very clean & spacious up front! It was a great surprise seeing the 2 dollys in the back!!! Came in handy. Overall process of online pickup & drop off was amazing! I've used uhaul previously & this by far was the best most seamless transaction!DEBORAH H.
I didn't receive the blankets or dolly that I paid for. The day of the pick-up the location changed 4 times. It went for 10 minutes from my home to 1 hour from my home to pick up the truck. What an inconvenience due to the fact that I had helpers waiting for me to show up and I was an hour late!!!!!TIMOTHY A.

This was not my first choice. Uhaul switched the pickup location 4 times: as we were at or going to the new locations. We had to spend over $100for an Ubers. We were not the only people promised a truck and then not getting one. They even threatened to cancel our reservation. The price was right but the experience took a few years off my life. Moving is never easy, but it was made horrific by the overall mismanagement.Kathryn M.

I had to clean inside of truck. The outside was filthy as well. The gas amount was off and app would not let me change or add photos of the filth. I had to walk down the dirt road to obtain the truck after leaving the office. No ride from the manager on the cart used as transportation around storage facility. It was hot and I am older in age. For the amount I paid the service should have been much better. I am a regular customer and this by far has been my WORST experience. The truck was not running well at all for a one way rental crossing several states. I'm very disappointed in Uhaul's service from this location.JoeAnn W.

they refused to assist with hooking up the trailer, not even to check the lights. when I called the company to complain, they made me take the trailer, (that i hooked up by myself) to another uhaul location to have it checked to be sure it was hooked up correctly, and I had to remind her to check the lights! then to make matters worse, they granted me a whole $50 refund, compensation for the time involved in taking it to another location even though I was already running late.Bobbi P.
The IStorage attendant Richard was very helpful both before the rental with providing all information, and the day of rental pickup. Also the U-Haul phone attendants were helpful and courteous. The cargo trailer brake and turn signal lights were working but not all the other running/parking lights around trailer. I checked one of the wire connection to find it not connecting well enough, but with some electrical tape, was able to get the lights working.Stephen H.

The equipment was clean. The brake lights and indicating lights worked. The running lights were all out. This was not an negative for this location. Whoever rented before may jot have reported the issue. The guys were friendly and helpful. Printed a list of locations for my destination where I could return the trailer.Marguerite H.

The location is down off the road and there was little space to maneuver and turn around with the trailer. the employee took his own sweet time coming out to greet me, and by the time he did come out, I had spent a good bit of time trying to turn around with the trailer attached and park it, then when he came out he just said to "leave it where it is." The two young men operating the facility did not even offer to help attach the trailer. When I arrived at the trailer the electrical plug was lying in the mud, caked with dirt. I had to clean the plug first before I could connect it to my truck. Fortunately, I am a fit 65-year-old and could lift the trailer to connect it to my truck. You need to retrain these employees on customer service...because they were never taught any!Carl P.

Have a back up for lunch time if agents don't talk to or help customers during their lunch. OR if you can only afford one employee put a lunch time sign up telling customers to drop keys in the drop off box, we'll call you if there are any issues otherwise just look for an email receipt from us. If you need to speak with someone we'll be back (put the time when the lunch break is over). Just my opinion of how you could provide better customer service.Tisch J.

The young lady that helped me was very helpful and polite. Great employee. The truck I rented; however, was not clean at all. The cab smelled and had drink spilled all over the dash and in the cupholders. Not very good in that category.Larry J.
