Easy drop off process. Only difficulties were being unsure if the drop off box was the correct one for the uhaul keys, and it's a small parking lot. We did not have trouble parking but with more trucks, it could be.

My one-way truck drop off was a breeze. While I could have used the app to drop off, since it was daytime I decided to go in to the office to hand over the keys. Rep came out to look at the truck, said it was in great shape and I was happy that my move was officially done!

No specific signs telling you where to drop off keys etc. difficult to leave a message on answering service for the truck. Mostly a storage facility

The location wasn't staffed when we returned the equipment even though we were there during regular business hours. There was a sign on the door saying they would return in an hour, but we needed to return the vehicle sooner. We used remote check-in which took longer than it should have due to poor cellular service in the area.

There was not a key dropoff specifically for U-Haul (as described in the app). I used the storage overnight payment dropoff to leave the key and crossed my fingers. some sort of signage that references U-haul at this location would have been helpful (if there hadn't been another truck already parked there i would have been very confused).

My pick up time for the truck was 9:30am. I got to the facility around 9:50 and checked in using the UHaul app. The truck had a word lock on the back, and the office was closed so I could not get the key. I waited until 10:15am, when the supervisor called and said that he had been on vacation and just noticed my reservation. He said that someone was coming to assist and would be there in 5 minutes. I waited 30 more minutes; no one came. I called the manager back. He said that he would check; another 10 minutes went by and he called to tell me that the employee had encountered traffic issues and would be there in 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes later, Eduardo appeared ( he was WONDERFUL!) Didn't have the combo to the word lock. He finally was able to get another truck for me. We finally left the facility with the truck just before noon. Although my experience was awful, I did get a $50 refund, and they changed my drop off time to match the actual pick up time. BTW, we never got the dolly or mats that we had requested. These were refunded too.
