Scott Woolery and iStorage were fantastic. He made up did the horrible experience I had with U-Haul employees.

Check engine light was on the uhaul van the whole time I drove it. Van ran but it had a hard time keeping up to speed limit.

Getting access to the key was an issue. I had to call and it took 3 different people to finally realize that the key location "box 2" was actually the actual truck and not the key box on the wall. It ended up taking an hour to get it all figured out. If it had been in a lock box it would have been very smooth.

Provide the equipment ordered. Uhaul never gave me a refund for the equipment either. Next time actually refund exactly what you said you'd refund.

Location was closed but open on website. Couldn't get the key. Horrible Location

A well meaning but confused person checked me in. The person confessed that they had limited experience with U-Haul rentals. They were constantly on the phone with another employee for instructions. I think some box was either checked or unchecked. I any case I was never given a rental agreement and the charges are way to much..

Multiple problems with Mobile check in and out. I don't even have the time to go over all the problems

Terrible experience. Nobody was there to help me at the facility. The people I called and talked to with UHaul customer service were extremely rude and frustrating to work with. I also got false pricing. I was told taxes were included the first amount, come to find out more taxes were added onto the total. The truck also says $0,69 per extra mile, came to find out on the receipt we were charged $1 per extra mile plus taxes. Extremely poor service, poor experience and will not be a returning customer and will do another service. Extremely expensive overall for a one way trip, 10 foot truck.

The rental was to be a counter pick up, however the person had to leave for a family emergency (which happens). However it was very chaotic in trying to get the truck. The sign on the door had an incomplete phone number listed for help (it was missing 3 digits). When finally we were able to find a number to call it was a challenge to work thru it all. Once we got the key it was easy but the whole ordeal took at least 30-45 minutes out of our day.

We requested a dolly, and we were told one would be on the truck for us. Of course, it wasn't there. The new guy at the desk said, oh let me call around to see if this or that place has one. The move we made was extremely difficult. Why can't somebody get at least some things right..We are sick of dealing with half wits who do not take pride in what they do.

the mover i was hooked up though uhaul committed aggravated assault/attempted murder. they trashed both houses. lots of drywall work and painting required. i will be in touch.

The key was not in the lock box when we arrived at pick-up. Thankfully the store was open and they had the key inside.

Hours not listed online. Tried to deliver the truck at 8am but they didn't open until 10. Had to make two trips and waste gas. Other than that, the guy inside was very helpful and the return went quick.
