The service that the Theresa lady gave SUCKED TO THE TENTH POWER! I was OVERCHARGED, they said I went 89 miles when I only went 27 miles! Tried charging me $118, ended up paying $76, stiiillll waaaaay to much! I WILL NEVER EVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. The field manager Byron tried to help me, gave me a discount but I was still overcharged!!!!!! I couldn't get into the truck because it had a lockbox on the back with keys inside. Theresa acted like she didn't know what to do when I got there 15 minutes prior to my checkout time. I don't recommend this location to anyone. I'm totally disgusted with the service all around.

I was charged more fees than what I signed up for. It wouldn't let me refuse the insurance and charged me anyway. Uhaul has no assistance to these individual facilities and it's terrible for the customers. I was on hold with uhaul for over an hour and no one answered when I called to fix the issues. Not a great experience but the lady that worked there was extremely nice. Uhaul was a bad experience overall. Would not use again.

Oil residue on the truck ceiling. Truck is smaller than advertising size, the 17’ truck compartment only has 14.5’ long with 2.5’ on top of driver’s space.

I was charged for insurance that I did not sign up for online and did not realize it until I got home. When i called the 1-800-UHAUL number as well as this location and left voicemails no one returned my calls or fixed my problem. I paid $28 more than I wanted to pay because of this...and whn moving you don't have any extra money to spare.

Staff was great and office was tidy. . Cigarettes ashes were left in truck ash tray I guess by a previous renter. I put over $10 gas in for a 5mile trip and it weird the gas ha d wouldnt hardly budge.

Had some difficulty with the truck that I rented but the light in the overhead in the cabin compartment didn’t work and was hard to get the keys out of the ignition but other than that it was a great experience !!

I got the truck on 7/8 of a tank of gas.... I only went 15 miles & I stopped at Quick Trip & filled it with $11. I received an email saying that it was on 3/4 of gas. I still have my gas receipt...I'm sure they saw that it was on full.... I tried calling the store & received the voice mail, I left a message & still haven't received a call... They changed my address &I wasn't moving.....I only moved a few things that was given to me from someone at the address that they changed it to.

the Ladies were very good and customer friendly but we had a problem with the billing...first the amount that I was being charged was twice what I was quoted, and the acting Manager, Stacy and then the next day I had the other Acting Manager and it still charged me for 2 days.....first She could not get anybody on the phone to assist her with the return and then when it was return it was incorrect.....I work at Delta Airline with elite passengers and I realize things happen but I would like this taken care of ASAP, Contract 92329449
