We returned the vehicle clean and with the requested amount of fuel, 1/4 tank. We also returned the truck early, 1 full day, and was charged for two days. We were not provided documentation at the time of pick up that reflected the current fuel level. We were told to bring it back at a 1/4 tank, we did. We went 42 miles and put in $15 in fuel. I feel as though we were completly fleeced and taken advantage of.

I'll start by saying, the young lady who assisted us at this location was very nice but ended up having to apologize for the shortcomings of the reservation process. We reserved a truck for 7am in Redlands. When we arrived, on time, or truck was not there but there was one waiting for us in San Bernardino. So, we were sent to the location in San Bernardino but were not told it didn't open until 9am. After waiting on hold for a long time with the scheduling people, we were told that they did the best they could to secure a truck for us but they didn't seem to understand why it was problematic that our truck was at a location that didn't open until 2 hours after our reservation time. Then when we went back at 9am to get the truck, the location didn't have the dollies we had reserved and we were sent to a third location for those. At the third location, we were told there was no record of our reservation and they wanted us to pay for the dollies, that we had already paid for. We are NOT happy with our experience.

15' Truck was given to me an represented as "full" of gas. Drove 89.5 miles and went back to fill the truck up before return and it took over 10 gallons. So, it's not likely that the truck was full. Other than that, the staff was friendly and location was clean, efficient, convenient to me and the rental was at a fair price. Great Job! Will likely use again.
