Tammy was very help and friendly she was in good spirits and even joked a bit which helped me with moving my daughter from her college dorm, I really didn't want to that but Tammy was in such good spirits it lifted mine and I was ready to move my daughter from her college dorm.

Bonifacio S.It took 20 mins to get the vehicle even though I had checked in online. The rep didn't seem to know how the system worked. When I returned at 2pm there was no one there so I had to complete an out of hours check in. Not impressed
Andrew S.Checkin was friendly and efficient. There was a person training another during checkin. The furniture carts were not available, so substituted an appliance dolly. Truck was older, high mileage and weakish battery,but it did the job.
Raymond L.Office was suppose to open at 10:00am was not open when I left at 10:30. Second day office didn't open until 10:10. Agent did'n check truck when I returned it. He stated I will check it later. Got a call the next day because truck was not signed back in. Poor customer service!!! General Manager when I talked to her took care of the problems. Thanks for taking charge!!

Kimberly S.Move went well - but y'all need to modernize your trucks. Cruise control would be wonderful to reduce driver fatigue. And a backup camera view would be great too. And some way of implementing toll tag. Penske has all of the above mentioned items.

Jeremy M.I attempted to use the 24/7 option to pick up my truck at 7:30am. Despite multiple attempts, the service didn't work and it appears this location doesn't support it. No one reached out to let me know that I would have to wait until 10am to pick up. No apology was made. Paid movers 2,5 hours to sit around. Truly terrible customer service.

GENE F.I want to let you know the young lady that checked me is was amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and was on it. Over all the truck I rented ran well, but was not clean. The steering when was sticky and dirty, food bags, pop cans and water bottles were left in the truck cab. Plus, there was broken glass in the back of the truck as well. I had to clean out before I could use.

ROBERT R.The box to get the key did not open with the combination. I had to get a lady from the office to help me. The lady was able to open the box with her key. I couldn't process the rental through the app. I guess that because I had to close my phone to get the lady to help me with the key, I couldn't get back to where I left and the only option left was to "return my truck". So, I could not specify the fuel level, odometer reading, and whether the truck was clean or not. When I left the parking lot and started driving on the road, I noticed a whole bunch of ants coming from everywhere. It was super distracting while I was driving with all the traffic. I noticed that there was what looked like either bread crumbs or sugar and that appeared to be the source of all these ants. I tried wiping it with my hand so that at least it was less distracting. When I tried to return the truck, I was trying to report this so that the truck would be clean for the next renter; however, the system/app was charging me a cleaning fee. I had to go inside the office to get assistance with this. Once I received my receipt, I noticed that I was being charged for two dollies when I only used one (the truck didn't even have two dollies) and I was being charged for allegedly not returning the truck at the fuel level that I received it, which was not the case. I stopped and pumped fuel and brought the fuel level to a bit higher than what I had it when I rented the truck. Too many inconveniences for something so simple.

brian H.Didn't like doing business through a mail slot, I understand all the Covid 19 precautions but this is not a good setup.
Wayne M.I know my reservation was for 8hrs however I was moving my items completely by myself. I realized I would need more time than originally planned and attempted to go to the location tjey were closed. I called later in the day and they were very inflexible stating the truck was already rented out for 10:30 am the following morning. I was forced to not only wake up extra early to unload quickly but had to do so haphazardly because of the time constraints and I was still late in returning it. Again I understand that some of this is my own problem with scheduling but I have rented vehicles many times in my life and I have never had an issue getting accommodated for reservation changes.
