I've always rented from this U-Haul place. Service is excellent they're very helping. But this time I rented it was terrible, did not have Harley any gas. And it needs to be maintenance the truck bounced cut off on me many times the steering wheel is loose I hit the brakes it still kept going. I was scared for my life but I took it very carefully. And accomplish what I had to do. But that truck that I specifically rented definitely needs work. I put $25 of gas in it and returned it with the same gas it with a little bit more gas than what I had.

I reserved a trailer to be dropped off in Frankford DE. The following day, I received an email from U-Haul stating "per our conversation" the drop off location was moved. There was no prior conversation. I called u haul and was told the new drop off was my only drop off option. The distance would prove impossible for me the drop off the trailer on Friday so they extended the rental through Saturday. As I'm in route to return the trailer on Saturday prior to the designated time, I receive a phone call from someone at U-Haul asking why the trailer had not been returned. I told them the above story and they kept questioning me. I have written documentation of the change to Saturday so having to argue with the U-haul representative was very disturbing. I rented a trailer from you three weeks ago and when I arrived my reserved trailer had been rented by a walk in customer. I ended up with the very large trailer which I did not need. After packing and leaving the lights were not working so I had to contact u-haul after the police stopped me and then had to wait 6 hours with two different uhaul contractors trying to determine the problem. Not feeling great about these rentals. Thanks for asking.

Nothing with this location, they are great it just sucks that I did a pay per mile instead of a one way because the one way was 1 800 and the pay per mile cost 985.00. That's pretty absurd if you ask me

Its not the location I have a problem with - it is the dispatch. I reserved a 20-foot van to pick up at Millville many weeks in advance. Dispatch called the day of and said I could have a 20-foot but I'd have to pick it up MUCH FURTHER AWAY. I could not get there so they gave me a 26-foot truck (same price). It was TOO BIG for the job and a real pain. Also, I had reserved blankets; they had none. You gotta do better at delivering what the reservation says.

The guys were very helpful in assisting with the loading of the trailer. It would be helpful if the clerk would inform the customer exactly where to drop off the equipment at the final destination because it was difficult to find an open location during regular business hours.

I was surprised to find that a trip of 250 miles in 24 hours from Delaware back to Delaware cost $330. I was charged a dollar a mile and was told there was no better way to rent.

My truck that I reserved was not at location at time of arrival. I was sent to another location 30 miles away that I could not get truck from the app, was then sent back to original location 2 hours later to get the truck. Terrible experience.

Uhaul was a 0 out of 10 on this rental experience!! I reserved a 26' truck in Georgetown where my storage is only to learn the dealer does have that size truck. Your app should not let me reserve a truck somewhere that doesn't have a truck the customer is requesting. When the U-Haul representative called me, he told me I could get that truck at a Bridgeville Location I had to except that location because there was no other. I was later called to tell me that the Georgetown location didn't have the truck that I rented again. So the prior rep must not have updated my order! I shared I was aware and was given a truck in the Bridgeville Location at RT. 404 and US 13. This new representative shared that's only a one-way pick up place not local, so why was I told my truck would be at that location. This is now 24 hours before my pick up and I got to hear your disclaimer which does not help me with the issue I had at hand very bad experience. Shame on you you Uhaul your customer service are not trained. Your app is not a great user experience, and I was so upset. I had to be the ultimate Karen to your customer service representatives. This is probably the reason why my next location given to me that only have the truck available was in Millville Delaware, which was not even open on the day I had to pick up the truck. The cellular service in that area was terrible and it was raining, so I was literally having to stand out in the rain to get cellular service just to rent my truck from your app, that sucks! , Si yes I will not be recommending you to anyone and they never ever use you again I would be happy to receive a full refund of my truck fees and the extra gas and mileage that I had to pay because it was not convenient for my from my Seafor Delaware Location, that I live in which I was moving to then have to spend $97 to fill up the tank to get it back to the Millville Location, which was completely out of my neighborhood area in which I was trying to do a delivery, so yeah I don't like U-Haul these days. It was a very unsatisfactory experience. I will go on the share that the truck cab was not clean. It had tons of dust, dead spiders hanging off the windshield. The steering wheel was so gritty and tacky that I hated to touch it. And my return of the truck on your app I could not even say that the truck was not OK. Apparently you can't submit a bad review on your app. It wouldn't except it so I had to say everything was a yes, which is also a very bad user experience.

Excellent service, friendly and very accomodating. Only improvement I can think of is less traffic on the road they are located on but that is not possible. Will definitely use them again! Will also refer friends!

The truck must have been used before us by someone with a dog. The windows had dog slobber all over including passenger seat. There was dog hair all over cab. We actually had to stop at a car wash and vacuum and wash the windows and seats.

I made the reservation for a 7:30 am pick up only to discover that the location does not open until 8:30 am so I had an hour to waste before I could even pick up my van. Once I did get into speak to someone and get the van I was told that I had to return the van by 1:30 pm even though I reserved the van for a 6 hour block of time. I felt that since I was picking up the van an hour later than intended that I should have had it until 2:30 and I expressed this idea to the woman helping me. She told me "No. It has to be back by 1:30 because it's going out again at 2." So my original reservation was not honored IN ANY WAY!! I was not able to pick up my van at the reserved time nor was I able to have use of the van for the full allotted time that I wanted to which meant that I was not able to complete the tasks that I needed to which means I have to rent a van/truck again. The lady at the desk was very helpful with choosing the rite trailer and rates for rental.when I finished at the office I drove around to the trailer a young man was already there,and before I got out of the truck he had the trailer connected.he did a light check and I was on my way. Big props to the staff at Bennetts. I will continue to use them. Thanks Team Bennet

This is very much a mom and pop location, but they were so helpful and friendly. Also, the rates are very reasonable and renting is very easy after pre-registering online.

Dealing with the lady at this location was a pleasure. After our last experience with the app, I would never rent from you except when I can deal with a person. The app experience was awful. Never again unless you make some serious changes.

Very disappointed with my experience with Rt 24 self storage and UHaul I reserved a 26ft uhaul a month ago for today 4/23 I showed up this morning at 7 am to pick up my truck it was there and I confirmed with uhaul that it was there before they will give you the code to the lock box to get the key they make sure they can charge the credit card and then give you the code once I opened up the lock box the key that was in there was for a small 15 passenger van I called the emergency number on the door a man answered and said the key is in the box I told him it was not the key to that truck and he said well I can't do anything I'm in Connecticut call uhaul so I did and all they could do for me was bill me for a small 15ft box truck and drive 20 miles away to go pick it up and put me an hour and half. Behind on moving out so now I have been billed 2 times by uhaul and doubled the amount of time and travel to empty out the storage unit into our new house
