When I called uhaul corporate they sucked could not get help. Than I called the dealer my problem was fixed

michael pThe two pods were 'lost' and not updated for a WEEK and calling in took over an hour each time and no one was actually able to assist even though I was calling daily. And THEN we did not get reimbursed for the delay / lost pods. That is FALSE Advertising and Im currently submitting a claim to the BBB.
EMILY MLots of computer issues, followed by a lack of knowledge on the equipment or the process. Officer was dirty, no masks being worn. Not enough enough gas in the vehicle to at least get me home.
