Had an issue with the time my return happened , but the person at the U-Haul lot, when out of his way to work with me to get the extra charges removed
Ted LAddress is incorrect for drop off. Tries to take truck up a tiny, inappropriate road. No attendant on-site, or building to house anyone. A gravel lot and sign with drop-off instructions. Tried to check out. App said see attendant. Finally found a lady at a winery. She called a guy. He said check out online. Tried that, no go. She said just leave it and drop the keys. That's what we did. Luckily it worked out.
Lisa CWorker went above and beyond his responsibilities to help us and make sure we were safe on the roads. Very nice staff!!

Francis GIt was so far out a country road, I was worried I was lost. Be careful in returning here and turn in as soon as you see U-Hauls if you follow it around to the address that the map says you'll get yourself stuck at their house. Everything went seamless with a drop off though and they checked it right in.
PATRICK GI made a 9:00 reservation days in advance and after waiting from 8:45 to 8:55 for assistance i hooked the trailer up and headed to Ohio for my 12:00 appointment! When I got cell phone service I called u-haul to let them know I had the trailer and would return it by 9:00 the next day ! 2 hrs later u-haul called and said I stole the trailer! After pulling off the 4 lane and texting my license I found out that my reservation was made from Arizona and that JBs didn't open till 11:00 ! None of this was JBs fault and i did get it straightened out ! Bad u-haul experience!
