I rented a uHaul for someone in need to move out quickly. The owners were courteous, helpful and friendly. I would recommend and use this location again.

The only way you can take a tire off is with a cutting torches. The unit has not been by anyone in along time

I reserved online. I reserved an appliance dolly and blankets. They had neither. She called several other locations and finally found a dolly and half the blankets. I had to drive 8 miles out of town to pick up. When I got there i had to load myself. At least she didn't charge me due to the hassle.

The windshield wiper broke when they were turned on so we had to replace it.

On pickup there was broken glass and dirt in the trailer, but I quickly swept it out. Loved dealing with Jeff. Very kind, professional and efficient. Would love to do business with him again.

Had bad reception with internet service, took over an hour to check in with having to take pictures. And when I returned it, it took forever to get reception as well. I ended up having to call to return truck. Then when I received my bill it was very high with all the extra charges. Extra mileage I could see it because I had to make an extra trip to receive my belongings, but I sent a picture of the fuel while I was doing check in and the charges do not reflect the gas gage picture I took. Not happy that my protection quote was originally $30 but was charged $45 on final bill. And extra gas and I think I saw a extra service fee for returning late. But I wasn't late, I had trouble with the internet connection. Will never use this location ever again. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!18503254

Original drop off given to me by text was 114 spruce st. Live Oak Fl. This address was not a U-Haul dealer. Two trailers in a vacant lot and no office around. Checked with used car lot and they said it happened before and they sent us to dealer in other location

Breaks had an issue, needed help to load truck from my storage unit. They sent their two sons, who packed our truck poorly and everything came tumbling down, damaged many items too much to mention. The owner didn't make clear the gas indicator, so I put an extra $50 dollars of gas in and the guy at the other end said SORRY....to bad for you. They were more interested in free stuff to be given over to them so they could sell at their resale shop.....The boys need to learn how to pack a truck before offering their services and charging for a professional job. WHAT A MESS. We had to hire a company to go in and pull crushed items out because it was a dangerous mess. They never even strapped boxes in. Big gauge in brand new freezer door....WOW bad experience all around.

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere, owners on site. Clean rental trucks and very accommodating when needing to keep truck longer than anticipated. Have used this U-Haul location multiple times and never disappointed. Merci.

The "man" at this junk yard/UHaul picked a fight with me. He was angry that i requested refund for dolly i did not receive; he said it was my fault dolly was not on truck. I disagreed but wasn't angry because we had not needed it. While his wife got mileage from truck, he kept on at me, causing me to defend myself over and over. His face got so red, and he began walking around me quickly like he was wanting to punch me but making me dodge him. His wife came back and because her husband was upset and i would not agree he had no responsibility for providing equipment as ordered, she threw in with him and said she hoped i was getting sex she believed i needed, confirming she, too, is a lowlife. It was awful and i was too shocked to record the fight. She even had wrong mileage out which i confirmed with photo on my phone. She got REALLY MAD and said it was my fault for not catching her mistake before i left. I am old enough to be their mother but they treated me shockingly awful. Something is very wrong with the "man" for him to insult me and go on and on, insisting he was correct, and she is an enabling "drunkard's dream". I asked his name for my Google review but that didn't stop him from shouting at me. I have never had such a strange encounter before. I did not expect to be attacked by sick, trashy people. As i ran out to my car, the "man" followed yelling for me to never come back or he would call cops! It was already obvious i would not be back! Those people could never work for others. They are sloppy, lazy and ugly. I have had good Uhaul experience in past moves or picking up materials out of store delivery range so i did not expect to be attacked by a sick couple of creatures. I cannot use Uhaul again because doing so will resurrect the memory of this awful experience.

Great people I picked up the uhaul from. Very friendly and nice. They were also extremely patient with me when I was trying to transfer money into my account to pay for the uhaul. Everything was explained to me, and I'd definitely recommend this location. :)

The drop off location was close to my destination, I was able to do a drop and go without wasting any time, the staff was very cordial and took care of everything, I would use this location again and highly recommend them.
