We only dropped off the u haul, a guy did greet us and was friendly. We never went in the building, just the parking lot and it was very crowded with autos that appeared to be dropped off to be worked on. Very different then the place in Mesquite. We understand as we live in a very rural area.

Wasn't so much the location but the trailer ended up being problematic.
Shane RobelI understand that I ordered the UHaul for pickup 1,5 hours before I needed it. *The UHaul was not ready. *There were two trailers and a boat and trailer parked in front of it. *Owner was not around, I called, they called back and said the person that was supposed to get the truck ready FORGOT. *This delayed us by 45 minutes. *GPS does not work at this location. Had to call UHaul and finish reservation and payment. *Was NOT told about filling the truck with gas BEFORE it was brought back. *We ended up having to MOVE the 2 trailers and Boat and Trailer out of the way so we could leave 45 minutes after our reservation time. *NEVER heard back from the owner of property. *Requested a discount because of the shit show that occurred with picking up the truck and NOT being told about gas fill. *Received a laughable $20 discount. *Unacceptable. Will not rent from Uhaul again.

Uhaul's website was difficult to navigate and time consuming. I finally called the Uhaul office and talked to a person who was able to help me.
David SkrupkyDropped the truck off after hours. Didn't see anyone. I was allotted 78 miles, I'm not sure where they came up with this number, as I moved north of Cumberland. After returning the truck to the closest location, south of Cumberland, I was charged for 9/10 of a mile over the 78 miles, charging my card $.99. When charging mileage, it should be calculated by address to address.

Rebecca LashinskiI made the reservation 2 weeks ahead of my pick up date. Two day before my pick up date I got a call from UHaul telling me that my location (Spooner) did not have my trailer and that I could get another one from a different farther away location (Cumberland) a day earlier (they were closed the day I had scheduled). UHaul did give me the extra day. As it was, it all worked out but it could have been much more difficult and it was not what I expected.

I saw the text when I got home a 1/2 hr later and it was no longer available to open. I was happy that all the lights worked on the trailer and we had a successful moving trip.

My uhaul trailer has seen better days, and had a flat tire in Iowa which took around 3 hours to get fixed. Not the Cumberland problem, but felt like a domino affect from picking up from this place.

Todd NewmanUhaul's check in app is a joke. Wouldn't allow me to take pics of my license to upload. What's worse is that they don't give their customer service people the tools they need to help. I talked with a nice, trying to be helpful women for almost an hour. She passed me along to a supervisor who had me ditch the app and go to their website. Still nothing, and after a total of an hour and a half he tells me we just need to do a manual check inn. That consisted of just taking a pic of my license with my phone and uploading it to a text link he sent me. Really!!!, why couldn't the poor girl I first talked with have that option. It was a five minute process after the text link and I was on the road. I don't plan on moving soon, but uhaul has put a bad taste in my mouth for the future.

ROBERT ERMILIOThis site was great. I had to drive here from the Twin Cities to pick up what was the only 4'x8' enclosed trailer within 200 miles. The drive through an ice storm sucked, but this location was great.

Chet WallaceThe service was slow the location I went with in Cumberland Wisconsin was very unorganized and then the $146 that was held while I rented was held over 8 days after I had returned the unit, when I called and requested an authorized code or a fax to my bank so they could hurry to refund the money to me, i was denied and told they couldnt, short story is, I will not reccomend uhaul to anyone, and I will no longer have anything to do with it myself.
