Very friendly and easy to work with. But was not told about the 8 gal fuel charge. Was told when I picked up truck that all I had to do was gill to amount I left with. That is not the case.
Paul RNo one was at the office when we arrived. The owner did not seem to understand how to use the u-haul online application and I had to help him troubleshoot completing the form. Owner seemed very disorganized and it took us 45 minutes before we had our truck.

jeff lI received an email about 15 minutes before pickup that my trailer would be at a different location, 15 minutes away. This caused a significant delay in my moving process.
