This is a junk yard, was extremely difficult to enter the yard, the road you come off of was busy when I went to drop it off. Had no room inside for me to turn around so I had to past it, come back, wait for traffic to clear so I could back the trailer into the compound. If I get this location to turn in again in the future, I will most likely ask for a different location.
BOBBY HI don't really have anything to add. Everything went as smoothly as can be expected. Guy running the place was outstanding to work with.

He even came to my house and helped me back up the truck and positioned the ramp to optimize my trips into the truck! After I had loaded the trailer, again he came to my home and helped me attach the trailer. Thank you so much for making this moving experience as good as it gets!
denny sThe gentleman was very nice and accommodating but I literally drove right past it because I didn't see the small U-Haul sign, and then I drove back and still thought I had the wrong address because it looked like a crowded junk yard. Maybe clean it up a bit more. I understand it's not a U-Haul dealer per say, but it could look nicer.
Alyssa FChris went above and beyond to make my move a success! He even came to my house and helped us position the truck to load it easier. He explained all the truck's features and made me feel comfortable on my trip. I would definitely recommend renting your truck or trailer from JDM Automotive!

AMANDA SCJ helped me with the reservation to reserve the auto transport to pick up an old class Fiat that was in my Dad's Garage in Michigan for the last 20+ years. CJ opened up on Sunday and helped me unload the car and the check-in process was very smooth! I would definitely use JDM Auto for my future UHaul needs and would recommend them to everyone! Merci!

COURTNEY GMy friend dropped off the toll dolly, so I can't comment to its conditions. He did state that the location was difficult to find, as it did not have a large visible UHAUL advertising sign. Only because he saw one Uhaul truck did his attention get drawn to the location. He did state that the staff was appropriately helpful however.
