Problems with their internet and credit card reader made for a very lengthy process for picking up the trailer. The lady working the location was outstanding but a lack of good technology made her job very difficult.

I picked this up at night with my phone. Other than the normal malfunctions of the UHaul App and Website - This was a great location. The truck was clean and ready. The keys were easy to get to. I highly recommend this location.

Uhaul does not have the location on GPS correct. The customer has to go 1/4 mile down the road to the tennis courts to start the pick up process. I did not appreciate all the work involved in returning the truck. If I want to be a Uhaul agent I will find a job.

I did not get to meet the people because we dropped it off before the hours of operation. But it was very clear and very easy process.

This location was over an hour away. The only reason I went here is the location where I originally reserved the trailer (Zebulon) did not have a trailer that was not broken available.

So thankful for the folks at this location. We had a lot of unexpected things come up with our cross country move and the folks at this location were very helpful and flexible in helping us work out some unforeseen issues with o home closing and storing our belongings. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
