Drivers door lock was jammed tho, vehicle was great!!

Was not open when said would be open. Gave me the run around. From the store all the way to uhual. I will try my best not to use uhual again.

The name for the business on the UHaul app and website is JJ&M Foods. I expected a warehouse like structure. It was actually a party store with the name People's Market. They should change the name of the location on the app and website.

Need a dolly to move wash machine and dryer

The person in the store needed help with being professional and accurate was all over the place.. Also he forgot the dolly and pads.

Experience was great, the truck what great, and it was available when I scheduled it with the dolly I needed. (Previous problem at other locations)

I have a wonderful experience every time I go to this location. The people at 700 auburn were nice, patient and always take care of me. 10 out of 10 experience.

The truck ran fine, but there was concern if it would last the whole time I needed it. It just seemed a little less than a smooth ride. But everyone was great and quick. It all worked out perfectly. Merci

The vehicle smelled horrendous! And I was charged for 2 gallons of gas $9+++ I only drove 12 miles and did fill the tank to the same level I received... AGAIN ONLY 12 MILES I WAS RIPPED OFF, VERY SLIPPERY!!!

Not to much to improve easy to rent next time I will make a reservation, this was an emergency situation and I had no problems in or out. Thank you and God Bless.

Your two sons your the father and the mother they're the most best people in the world they're excellent people I'd recommend them to anyone and their party store everywhere they're awesome people I love you guys

The store owner was 25 mins late and stated it was because he was out drinking late. The Dolly I requested was not available to too it out my card was charged more than once thank God my card was locked.

original pickup date was 1/1/2023 @10:00 am store not open no one there. call uhaul help line. They tried to contact store. Were unable to reach them. They rescheduled the rental for 1/2/2023 @ 9:00. Store didnt open till about 9:00 so I had to wait. When I returned the rental and received the receipt it showed a safe trip charge of $14 which I did not sign up for. I took a 20 minute phone call for a "Manager" to approve the refund which I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get. This is the 2nd time in 2 years Uhaul tried to nick me for services I didn't sign up for. I will never use Uhaul again. You guys are the Wells Fargo of the truck rental industry. Please forward this to the CEO and ask that I am requesting a call from them. Mark Danowski 248 342 9160

I was sent to 3 different locations, made several phone calls, and had to throw a fit multiple times in order tog eat help with a reservation I made weeks in advance. I had a terrible time getting my reservation fixed, and certainly didn't have it done on time.
