The price is to high for your car trailer and tow dollys I only needed one for a hour and cost 57 dollars and my time I should have hired the tow truck for 75 dollars

Kathleen SI returned the truck early but was still charged for price. the Dolly wasn't secured in the background and kept sliding around. the driver's side window would roll down, but it would not roll up. I was overcharged.

Benjamin WThese are wonderful folks. We had a little hick up getting my truck (I showed up 2 hours late after I mixed up my pick up time). The owner got on the phone with Uhaul and found a solution. Talk about dedicated. I will go out of my way to rent Uhauls from here !!!!

Christy WI reserved a 15 foot truck a week prior to pickup because the price fit my budget. Upon arrival the truck I reserved wasn't available, I had to pay an extra $106 for a 20 foot truck. Could have atleast offered some sort of discount or due to the situation that was out of my control.

WILLIAM HThe people were poorly trained I had to go get other truck they gave me a truck that was not capable of job needed for after I told need of truck they charged for miles I used that was their fault tires on hand trucks were too small I will use another company or pesky truck next time very bad experience would not suggest to anyone unless last resort grade f
Larry MFirst, the entire reservation was inaccurate and misleading based on what was actually required to receive the rental. The rsv stated I had elected to have added equipment like a dolly or moving blanket, but at the pickup, was told nothing was available. So the renter removed the items; stripped down to a single item: the truck. Then the price was lower online at the end of the rsvp but at pick up, I was charged 152 for supposedly "less" equipment. Then why did the price hike? Finally the truck was in horrible condition and the location did not have any other to pick from. On its operation, the truck showed great inadequacies! engine stalls, jerks, alignment leading to poor stealing and handling are some examples to name a few. The last requirement was at drop off. The website could not follow through with the return! Attempted it on 3 different phones! I had to wait on a 15 minute call while the owner called his secretary on 3way to put it in the system. That's when I was charged 75 more dollars! It took only 18$ to fill, so why was I charged so much for mileage? This uhaul experience was a ripoff. I voiced my concerns with the business owner and he nor the secretary addressed these concerns and stated "take it up with UHAUL." Thanks for added stress to an already stressful situation.
